Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくともその一部が第1の軸の回りに延在する内面と一部の空間を備えたハウジングと、第1の軸と平行に配置された第2の軸の回りを回転し前記空間の中に装着されたロータと、前記空間内の前記第2の軸を中心とする第1の回転方向にロータを回転駆動するモータとを備え、
前記ロータは前記ロータの複数の溝の中にそれぞれ摺動可能に取り付けられた少なくとも2個のベーンを備え、前記ベーンは内側部分と外側部分を有し、前記外側部分は前記ロータが前記モータによって前記空間内の前記第2の軸の回りを回転する際に前記ハウジングの内面に接触して前記空間を複数のチャンバに分割し、そのうちの少なくとも1個の前記チャンバの内圧は大気圧より低く保たれ、
前記ハウジングは、内面に通じ流体を介して前記空間とそれぞれ連通する、少なくとも1個の吸入路と少なくとも1個の吐出路を有し、
前記ハウジングにオイルを供給するオイル吸入口に密着して着脱可能に係合するオイル吐出口を有し、大気と通じて略大気圧に保たれる貯蔵カートリッジを備えた潤滑オイルシステムと、前記貯蔵カートリッジから前記ハウジングの空間内の少なくとも前記1個のチャンバにオイルを供給するオイル供給装置と、前記貯蔵カートリッジに大気圧下で前記ハウジング内の前記空間からオイルを回収するオイル回収装置とを有し、
前記オイルは前記1個のチャンバに吸引され、前記貯蔵カートリッジは前記オイル回収装置によって前記ハウジングの空間から供給される前記オイルを溜めるために少なくとも一部にオイル溜めを形成し、前記潤滑オイルシステムを含む内部のほぼ全てのオイルは前記貯蔵カートリッジに溜められ、前記貯蔵カートリッジは手動操作でポンプ本体に着脱自在であり、取り外された前記貯蔵カートリッジには前記潤滑オイルシステムを含むほぼ全てのオイルが溜められるポータブル真空ポンプ。 - 前記貯蔵カートリッジのほぼ全ては、概ね透明で硬い材料から成る請求項1に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 前記貯蔵カートリッジのオイル溜めはオイルの状態を看視する視認可能な表示器を備えた請求項2に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 前記オイル回収装置によって前記ハウジングの空間から回収された概ね全てのオイルは、前記貯蔵カートリッジのオイル溜めに貯蔵される請求項1に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 手動で自在に取り付け可能で、前記貯蔵カートリッジのオイルとほぼ同じ容積のオイルで満たされた第2の貯蔵カートリッジを備え、前記空間から前記オイル回収装置によって回収されたオイルと前記潤滑オイルシステムを含むポータブルベーン式ポンプのおよそ全てのオイルを貯蔵する前記貯蔵カートリッジは手動でユニットごと外され、前記第2の貯蔵カートリッジとの交換を可能にした請求項1に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 前記貯蔵カートリッジは前記オイル回収装置からのオイルを受け入れるためのオイルの入口を備えた請求項1に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 前記オイルの入口は流体を介して外気と連通する請求項6に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
- 前記オイル回収装置は前記貯蔵カートリッジのオイルの入口に通ずる下方に傾いた導管を有し、前記オイル回収装置のオイルは重力の作用で前記貯蔵カートリッジのオイルの入口に流れ込む請求項6又は7に記載のポータブル真空ポンプ。
