Description
本発明は、車両等の懸架システムに関する。さらに詳しくは、本発明はコーナーを回るとき等の操縦中の車両のロール(roll)を制御する半能動反ロールシステムに関する。
流体流れのロッド容量部の他の部分は、右前アクチュエータ26の上部作業チャンバ44bから流れ、逆止弁52b、電子制御加減弁54a、相互接続ライン70、逆止弁60aを通って、下部作業チャンバ46bに入る。この流体流れによりピストン32bが上方に移動し、ここで流体流れは、下部作業チャンバ46b内で置換され、蓄圧器66bから逆止弁60bを通る。制動力は、電子制御装置78を使用し、電子制御可変弁54a、64aを制御することで制御される。

Claims (2)
- 第1緩衝装置(FL)と、
第2緩衝装置(FR)と、
前記第1緩衝装置と前記第2緩衝装置の間に延びる第1連通ライン(70)と、
前記第1緩衝装置と前記第2緩衝装置の間に延びる第2連通ライン(72)と、
前記第1連通ライン(70)と連通する第1蓄圧器(66a)と、
前記第2連通ライン(72)と連通する第2蓄圧器(66b)と、
前記第1緩衝装置(FL)の上部作業チャンバ(44a)から第1逆止弁(52a)及び第2逆止弁(60a)を介して下部作業チャンバ(46a)に至る第1ラインに配置された第1可変弁(64a)と、
前記第1緩衝装置(FL)の下部作業チャンバ(46a)から第3逆止弁(62a)及び第4逆止弁(50a)を介して上部作業チャンバ(44a)に至る第2ラインに配置された第2可変弁(54a)と、
前記第2緩衝装置(FR)の上部作業チャンバ(44b)から第1逆止弁(52b)及び第2逆止弁(60b)を介して下部作業チャンバ(46b)に至る第1ラインに配置された第3可変弁(64b)と、
前記第2緩衝装置(FR)の下部作業チャンバ(46b)から第3逆止弁(62b)及び第4逆止弁(50b)を介して上部作業チャンバ(44b)に至る第2ラインに配置された第4可変弁(54b)と、
第1緩衝装置の前記第1可変弁と前記第2可変弁を制御し、前記第2緩衝装置の前記第3可変弁と前記第4可変弁を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記第1蓄圧器は、前記第1緩衝装置の第1ライン及び第2ラインに連通するとともに、前記第1連通ライン(70)を介して前記第2緩衝装置の第2ラインに連通し、
前記第2蓄圧器は、前記第2緩衝装置の第1ライン及び第2ラインに連通するとともに、前記第2連通ライン(72)を介して前記第1緩衝装置の第2ラインに連通する、懸架システム。 - 第3緩衝装置(RL)と、
第4緩衝装置(RR)と、
前記第3緩衝装置と前記第4緩衝装置の間に延びる第3連通ライン(74)と、
前記第3緩衝装置と前記第4緩衝装置の間に延びる第4連通ライン(76)と、
前記第3連通ライン(74)と連通する第3蓄圧器(66c)と、
前記第4連通ライン(76)と連通する第4蓄圧器(66d)と、
前記第3緩衝装置(RL)の上部作業チャンバ(44c)から第1逆止弁(52c)及び第2逆止弁(60c)を介して下部作業チャンバ(46c)に至る第1ラインに配置された第5可変弁(64c)と、
前記第3緩衝装置(RL)の下部作業チャンバ(46c)から第3逆止弁(62c)及び第4逆止弁(50c)を介して上部作業チャンバ(44c)に至る第2ラインに配置された第6可変弁(54c)と、
前記第4緩衝装置(RR)の上部作業チャンバ(44d)から第1逆止弁(52d)及び第2逆止弁(60d)を介して下部作業チャンバ(46d)に至る第1ラインに配置された第7可変弁(64d)と、
前記第4緩衝装置(RR)の下部作業チャンバ(46d)から第3逆止弁(62d)及び第4逆止弁(50d)を介して上部作業チャンバ(44d)に至る第2ラインに配置された第8可変弁(54d)とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、第3緩衝装置の前記第5可変弁と前記第6可変弁を制御し、前記第4緩衝装置の前記第7可変弁と前記第8可変弁を制御し、
前記第3蓄圧器は、前記第3緩衝装置の第1ライン及び第2ラインに連通するとともに、前記第3連通ライン(74)を介して前記第4緩衝装置の第2ラインに連通し、
前記第4蓄圧器は、前記第4緩衝装置の第1ライン及び第2ラインに連通するとともに、前記第4連通ライン(76)を介して前記第3緩衝装置の第2ラインに連通する、請求項1に記載の懸架システム。
