Claims (19)
- 転写によりパターンが印刷された熱可塑性樹脂のシートの少なくとも1つのコア層と、
熱可塑性樹脂のシートの第1の上塗層と、
熱可塑性樹脂のシートの第2の上塗層とを具備し、
前記コア層は、前記第1の上塗層と前記第2の上塗層との間に挟まれており、前記転写は、熱圧着転写である、眼鏡フレーム用の内側装飾デザインを有するラミネート。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコア層は、更に、粒子、若しくはコア層に形成されたキャビティ中に位置された三次元の物品を含んでいる、請求項1のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層中に含まれた前記三次元の物品は、ドライフラワー、ラインストーン、ドライリーフ、並びに金属箔のロゴからなる物品のグループから選択される、請求項2のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層は、更に、コア層に形成されたキャビティ中に充填された少なくとも1種類の流体を含み、前記流体が複数の場合にはこれら流体は、互いに混ざらない、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層中に含まれた前記流体は、有色又は無色の水、油性の流体、並びに液体シリコーンからなるグループから選択される、請求項4のラミネート。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、セルロース・アセテート、セルロース・アセテート・プロピオネート、ポリカーボネート、TPE、並びにナイロンからなる熱可塑性樹脂のグループから選択される、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 前記コア層と前記両上塗層とは、接着剤の付与、熱の適用、並びに圧力の適用からなるグループから選択された結合方法の工程により一緒に接着されている、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層と前記両上塗層とは、熱成形若しくは張合せにより一緒に結合されている、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層上に印刷された前記パターンは、単色又は多色である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 眼鏡フレーム用の内側装飾パターンを有するラミネートを製造するための方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのコア層と第1の上塗層と第2の上塗層とを夫々熱可塑性樹脂のシートから形成する工程と、
b)転写により前記コア層上にパターンを印刷する工程と、
c)上から下へと、前記第1の上塗層とコア層と第2の上塗層とを重ねる工程と、
d)前記重ねる工程(c)の後に、前記シートの層を結合する工程とを具備し、
前記転写は、熱圧着転写である、ラミネートを製造するための方法。 - 前記結合する工程は、接着剤の付与、熱の適用、並びに圧力の適用からなるグループから選択された工程を含む、請求項10のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記結合する工程は、熱成形の工程又は張合せの工程を含む請求項10のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記結合する工程は、0℃ないし300℃の範囲の温度と、0気圧から始まる圧力とを適用する工程を含む請求項11のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記結合する工程の前に、前記コア層上に粒子を位置させることを更に具備する請求項10のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコア層に少なくとも1つのキャビティを形成する工程を更に具備し、前記キャビティ中に物品を位置付けること、若しくは前記キャビティ中に流体を充填することを更に具備する、請求項10ないし14のいずれか1のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、セルロース・アセテート、セルロース・アセテート・プロピネート、ポリカーボネート、TPE、並びにナイロンからなる熱可塑性樹脂のグループから選択される、請求項10ないし15のいずれか1のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記熱圧着転写は、0℃ないし300℃の範囲の温度の処理である、請求項10ないし16のいずれか1のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記物品は、ドライフラワー、ラインストーン、ドライリーフ、並びに金属箔のロゴからなる物品のグループから選択される、請求項15のラミネートを製造するための方法。
- 前記流体は、有色又は無色の水、油性の流体、並びに液体シリコーンからなる物品のグループから選択される、請求項15のラミネートを製造するための方法。
