Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性ポリマー材料の射出成形による物理的及び/又は化学的特性の少なくとも1の連続的な移行を有する成形部品を製造するための方法において、成形体の物理的及び/又は化学的特性の連続的な移行を、それぞれ異なる物理的及び/又は化学的特性を有する熱可塑性ポリマー材料の少なくとも2の溶融物流のそれぞれの割合を逆方向に変更することにより生じさせ、この場合に、成形体の物理的及び/又は化学的特性の連続的な移行を、少なくとも2の溶融物流から形成される均質な混合物を射出成形することにより生じさせることを特徴とする、製造方法。
- 少なくとも2の溶融物流の混合を射出成形型中で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2の溶融物流を射出成形型の前で静的な又は動的な混合機中で一緒に導通し、混合することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- それぞれ異なる物理的及び/又は化学的特性を有する少なくとも2の溶融物流の割合を、逆方向に、熱可塑ポリマー材料に関してそれぞれ0%又は100%から、相応して熱可塑性ポリマー材料に関して100%又は0%に変更することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 成形体が、物理的及び/又は化学的特性の連続的な移行の終了後に、物理的及び/又は化学的特性の十分に不連続的な移行を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物流がそれぞれ、異なるポリマー、可塑剤、着色剤、添加剤及び/又は充填剤及び補強剤を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物流がそれぞれ、異なる着色剤、添加剤又は充填剤及び補強剤を除いて同じ組成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物流がそれぞれ、異なる着色剤、添加剤又は充填剤及び補強剤を除いて同じ組成を有し、その際この溶融物流の少なくとも1は無色であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物流がそれぞれ、それぞれ同じか又は相違して、ポリオレフィン並びにその特別な種類及びブレンド、ポリスチレン及びスチレン−コポリマー、ポリメチルメタクリラート、ポリアクリルニトリル、ポリビニルアセタール、フッ素ポリマー及び塩素ポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリカルボナート、ポリエチレンテレフタラート及びポリブチレンテレフタラート、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリスルホン及び誘導体、ポリケトンからなる群から選択される1種以上のポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物流がそれぞれ同じか又は相違して、かつ/又は異なる着色剤、添加剤又は可塑剤と混合して、可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタール、可塑剤含有ポリビニルアルコール、可塑剤含有ビニルアルコール/ビニルアセタート/エチレン−コポリマー、可塑剤含有部分アセタール化したビニルアルコール/ビニルアセタート/エチレン−コポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
