Claims (8)
- 回転側の外輪と、静止側の内輪と、前記外輪と前記内輪との間に介在されたボールと、エンジン側およびトランスミッション側のシール部材とを備え、この両シール部材の外径端部が前記外輪の内面に固定されると共に内径端部が前記内輪の外面に接触して、前記外輪と前記内輪との間を密封し、前記外輪および前記内輪が、それぞれ、エンジン側端部に径方向内側に延びる鍔部を有し、前記外輪の鍔部と前記エンジン側のシール部材との間に隙間が形成されたクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受であって、
前記トランスミッション側のシール部材の内径端部は、前記内輪の外面に径方向で接触すると共に、前記エンジン側のシール部材は、軸受外部側に突出して前記隙間の内径側に配置される環状の舌状部を有し、その舌状部の内周面は、軸受内部側端部から軸受外部側端部に亙って内径寸法が増大し、かつ、前記舌状部の軸受内部側端部は軸受内部側に突出して接触リップをなし、その接触リップは、前記内輪の外端面に軸方向で接触していることを特徴とするクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。 - 前記舌状部の内周面は、内径寸法を軸受内部側から軸受外部側へ増大させる拡径部と軸方向と平行する直線部とで構成されている請求項1に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記舌状部の内周面は、内径寸法を軸受内部側から軸受外部側へ増大させる拡径部のみで構成されている請求項1に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記拡径部は、テーパ形状である請求項2又は3に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記舌状部の外周面は、軸受内部側端部から軸受外部側端部に亙って外径寸法が増大している請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記外輪の鍔部と前記舌状部との間に空隙が設けられ、前記エンジン側のシール部材と前記外輪の鍔部との間に形成される隙間と軸受外部とが前記空隙で連通されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記外輪の鍔部の内周面は、軸受け内部側端部から軸受け外部側端部に亙って内径寸法が増大している請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記外輪の鍔部の内周面は、テーパ形状である請求項7に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
