Claims (5)
- 互いの刃先を部分的にオーバーラップさせた回転式の下刃と上刃とを備え、上面に乳剤層が設けられた原反シートの進入方向に関して各々の刃先位置の下流側で下刃と上刃とを摺接させ、上流側で下刃と上刃との間にクリアランスを形成したことを特徴とするフイルムスリット装置。
- 前記上刃を回転させる上刃軸と前記下刃を回転させる下刃軸との少なくとも一方を、その一方の軸を含み原反シートと平行な面内で傾けることにより前記クリアランスを形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフイルムスリット装置。
- 前記下刃軸と上刃軸とを原反シートに平行な面に投影したときの交差角が0.08°〜0.12°であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のフイルムスリット装置。
- 前記原反シートは、PETがフイルムベースに用いられ、厚みが0.1〜0.4mmであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のフイルムスリット装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか記載のフイルムスリット装置を用いて原反シートからスリットされたことを特徴とするフイルム。
