Description

c) 外径35ミリメートルおよびアルミニウム厚さ1.5ミリメートルの外側アルミニウム管、外径25ミリメートルおよびアルミニウム厚さ1ミリメートルの内側アルミニウム管からなる、メートル当たり重量837グラムおよび密度1.6グラム/ccの本発明に従う複合物管。厚さ4.25ミリメートルの剛直なエポキシ発泡体の層が、同心のアルミニウム管の間に挟みこまれ、該発泡体密度は0.66グラム/ccである。
Claims (5)
- 剛直なエポキシ発泡体の1の中央層に付着された少なくとも2の表面層を含むサンドイッチ構造を含む自動車で使用される複合物であって、上記表面層のそれぞれが0.2〜10ミリメートルの厚さを持ち、エポキシ発泡体の層が、該少なくとも2の表面層の合計厚さの少なくとも1.5倍であり、かつ発泡体が0.2〜1.5グラム/ccの密度および2〜15ミリメートルの厚さを持ち、該複合物が少なくとも5.0ミリメートルの厚さおよび100mPa〜700mPaの曲げ弾性率を持つ、ただし該曲げ弾性率は5〜8ミリメートルの厚さの試料についてASTM D790/ISO 178規格に従って測定される、上記複合物。
- 構造体が中空の箱状区画である、請求項1に従う複合物。
- 構造体が管である、請求項1に従う複合物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う複合物を、乗物に衝突に対する強化材を与えるために使用する方法。
- 自動車ドア強化材を与える、請求項4に従う方法。
