Description

c) 外径35ミリメートルおよびアルミニウム厚さ1.5ミリメートルの外側アルミニウム管、外径25ミリメートルおよびアルミニウム厚さ1ミリメートルの内側アルミニウム管からなる、メートル当たり重量837グラムおよび密度1.6グラム/ccの本発明に従う複合物管。厚さ4.25ミリメートルの剛直なエポキシ発泡体の層が、同心のアルミニウム管の間に挟みこまれ、該発泡体密度は0.66グラム/ccである。
Claims (31)
- 剛直なエポキシ発泡体の1の中央層に付着された少なくとも2の表面層を含むサンドイッチ構造を含む複合物であって、エポキシ発泡体の層が、該2の表面層の合計厚さの少なくとも1.5倍であり、かつ発泡体が0.2〜1.5グラム/ccの密度を持つ、上記複合物。
- 発泡体が、0.4〜1.5グラム/ccの密度を持つ、請求項1に従う複合物。
- 発泡体が、0.3〜0.6グラム/ccの密度を持つ、請求項1または2に従う複合物。
- 各層が0.2〜10ミリメートルの厚さを持つ少なくとも2の表面層、および2〜200ミリメートルの厚さを持つ剛直なエポキシ発泡体の1のコア層を有する複合物。
- 200mPa〜700mPaの、ASTM D790/ISO 178によって測定された曲げ弾性率を持つ、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う複合物。
- 表面層が、金属箔、たとえばアルミニウム箔または鋼鉄箔、プラスチックのフィルムまたはシート、たとえばポリプロピレンフィルム若しくはポリエチレンフィルムまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う複合物。
- 表面層が多孔性である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う複合物。

- 多孔性層が、熱活性化された発泡性材料の基礎を形成するのと同じエポキシ物質で被覆されおよび/または含浸される、請求項24〜26のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 第一の表面層が、相対応する複数の構造体の内側部品の外表面である、請求項22〜27のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 第一の表面層が、2の同心の管の内管の外表面であり、かつ第二の表面が、外管の内表面である、請求項28に従う方法。
- 第一の表面が、内側の箱状区画の外表面であり、かつ第二の表面が、外側の箱状区画の内表面である、請求項28に従う方法。
