Description

(a)200〜280nmの範囲の波長の短波紫外(UV−C)放射線の照射下で架橋及び/又は重合可能なシリコーン系コーティング組成物を調製する工程;

(c)前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物でコーティングされた前記支持体を前記UV−C領域で擬似単色光を発する少なくとも1つの低圧ランプで照射して該組成物を重合させる工程:
を含む、支持体上にシリコーン剥離性コーティングを製造するための方法にある。

Claims (13)
- (a)200〜280nmの範囲の波長の短波紫外(UV−C)放射線の照射下で架橋及び/又は重合可能なシリコーン系コーティング組成物を調製する工程;
(b)前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物を支持体上にコーティングする工程;並びに
(c)前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物でコーティングされた前記支持体を前記UV−C領域で擬似単色光を発する少なくとも1つの低圧ランプで照射して該組成物を重合させる工程:
を含む、支持体上にシリコーン剥離性コーティングを製造するための方法であって、
前記組成物が
(A)25℃において約10〜10000mPa・sの粘度を有し、カチオンルートで架橋及び/又は重合可能な少なくとも1つの官能基Faを有する少なくとも1種の液状ポリオルガノシロキサンモノマー、オリゴマー及び/又はポリマーA、並びに
(B)有効量の、前記UV−C放射線下で活性なカチオン性光開始剤又はラジカル光開始剤
を含み、
前記官能基Faがエポキシ、オキセタン及びジオキソラン官能基より成る群から選択される、前記方法。 - 前記低圧ランプが低圧水銀蒸気ランプである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低圧ランプが低圧アマルガムランプである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低圧蒸気ランプを20〜70℃の範囲、好ましくは30〜65℃の範囲、より一層好ましくは35〜55℃の範囲に保った温度を有するチャンバー内に置く、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コーティングされた支持体を工程(c)の間及び/又は後に少なくとも40℃、好ましくは40℃〜170℃の範囲の温度に加熱する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程(b)において前記支持体上に前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物を0.1〜5g/m2、好ましくは0.5〜1.5g/m2の割合でコーティングする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記支持体が紙、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又はポリエステルタイプのものである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 支持体の前進速度を少なくとも10m/分、好ましくは10〜600m/分とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 最終工程として、前記シリコーン剥離性コーティングを第2の支持体が有する粘着性コーティングと接触させて、自己粘着性ラベル用に有用なシリコーン剥離/粘着複合体を形成させる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 最終工程として、前記シリコーン剥離性コーティング上に粘着性コーティングをコーティングし、次いで自己粘着性ラベル用に有用な第2の支持体と接触させる(転写粘着)、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記支持体の前記シリコーン剥離性コーティングとは反対側の露出面に粘着性コーティングを塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
