Description
参考例1
最初に、本実施例に係るシリカ基複合光触媒繊維の原料として用いられるポリカルボシランの製造方法について説明する。先ず、5リットルの三口フラスコに無水トルエン2.5リットルと金属ナトリウム400gとを入れ窒素ガス気流下でトルエンの沸点まで加熱し、ジメチルジクロロシラン1リットルを1時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、10時間加熱還流し沈殿物を生成させた。この沈殿をろ過し、まずメタノールで洗浄した後、水で洗浄して、白色粉末のポリジメチルシラン420gを得た。次いで、ポリジメチルシラン250gを水冷還流器を備えた三口フラスコ中に仕込み、窒素気流下、420℃で30時間加熱反応させて数平均分子量が1200のポリカルボシランを得た。
参考例1の方法により合成されたポリカルボシラン50gにトルエン100gとテトラブトキシチタン50g、さらにビスアセチルアセトナートバリウム5gを加え、100℃で1時間予備加熱させた後、150℃までゆっくり昇温してトルエンを留去させてそのまま5時間反応させ、更に250℃まで昇温して5時間反応して変性ポリカルボシランを合成した。この変性ポリカルボシランに意図的に低分子量の有機金属化合物を共存させる目的で5gのテトラブトキシチタン、2gのビスアセチルアセトナートバリウムを加えて、変性ポリカルボシランと低分子量有機金属化合物の混合物を得た。
参考例1の方法により合成されたポリカルボシラン50gにトルエン100gとテトラブトキシチタン50g、さらにストロンチウムイソプロポキシド8gを加え、100℃で1時間予備加熱させた後、150℃までゆっくり昇温してトルエンを留去させてそのまま5時間反応させ、更に250℃まで昇温して5時間反応して変性ポリカルボシランを合成した。この変性ポリカルボシランに意図的に低分子量の有機金属化合物を共存させる目的で5gのテトラブトキシチタン、4gのストロンチウムイソプロポキシドを加えて、変性ポリカルボシランと低分子量有機金属化合物の混合物を得た。
参考例1の方法により合成されたポリカルボシラン50gにトルエン100gとテトラブトキシチタン50gを加え、100℃で1時間予備加熱させた後、150℃までゆっくり昇温してトルエンを留去させてそのまま5時間反応させ、更に250℃まで昇温して5時間反応して変性ポリカルボシランを合成した。この変性ポリカルボシランに意図的に低分子量の有機金属化合物を共存させる目的で5gのテトラブトキシチタンを加えて、変性ポリカルボシランと低分子量有機金属化合物の混合物を得た。

参考例1の方法により合成されたポリカルボシラン50gにトルエン100gとテトラブトキシチタン50g、さらにタングステンエトキシド3gを加え、100℃で1時間予備加熱させた後、150℃までゆっくり昇温してトルエンを留去させてそのまま5時間反応させ、更に250℃まで昇温して5時間反応して変性ポリカルボシランを合成した。この変性ポリカルボシランに意図的に低分子量の有機金属化合物を共存させる目的で5gのテトラブトキシチタン、2gのタングステンエトキシドを加えて、変性ポリカルボシランと低分子量有機金属化合物の混合物を得た。
Claims (5)
- 主としてシリカ成分を主体とする酸化物相(第1相)とチタニア相(第2相)との複合酸化物相からなり、表層に向かって第2相の存在割合が傾斜的に増大しているシリカ基複合光触媒であって、
前記第2相には、チタン酸ストロンチウム及びチタン酸バリウムのうち少なくとも一以上の金属酸化物が含まれていることを特徴とするシリカ基複合光触媒。 - 第1相の存在割合は、シリカ基複合光触媒全体に対して96〜40重量%であり、第2相の存在割合は、シリカ基複合光触媒全体に対して4〜60重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリカ基複合光触媒。
- 前記金属酸化物の含有量は、シリカ基複合光触媒全体に対して2〜40重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシリカ基複合光触媒。
- 第2相に含まれたチタニアの結晶粒径が15nm以下であり、光触媒機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載のシリカ基複合光触媒。
