- ダイオードチップが内蔵され、該ダイオードチップを太陽電池モジュールに接続可能に、かつ前記太陽電池モジュールからの電流を取り出し可能に構成されたダイオードモジュールと、
このダイオードモジュールが収容され、前記ダイオードチップを前記太陽電池モジュールに接続するリード線と、ダイオードチップからの電流を取り出すリード線とを導入するリード線導入部が形成されている絶縁体製のモジュールボックスとを、
具備し、前記モジュールボックスは、前記太陽電池モジュールに接触する面を有し、この面に開口が形成され、この開口に、前記ダイオードモジュールの一面が露出して嵌められている

前記モジュールボックスの開口に嵌められている前記ダイオードモジュールの面は、平坦でかつ平面に形成されている

前記モジュールボックスにおける前記開口が形成されている面と、該開口に嵌められている前記ダイオードモジュールの面とが、一致している

前記モジュールボックスは、カバーを有し、該カバーが前記ダイオードモジュールに面接触している部分を有する
