Description
Claims (5)
- フランジのブッシング挿通孔に絶縁材料からなるブッシングが挿通され、このブッシングの中空部に導体が挿通されているとともに、フランジとブッシング挿通孔の両端との間およびブッシングの両端と導体との間がそれぞれ気密に封止されているフィードスルーにおいて、前記ブッシングに壁部を貫通する貫通孔を形成するとともに、前記フランジに前記貫通孔と連通する空間部を形成したことを特徴とするフィードスルー。
- 前記ブッシングの貫通孔はらせん状貫通孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィードスルー。
- 前記フランジの空間部はブッシング挿通孔の内周面とフランジの外周面との間に形成された貫通空間部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィードスルー。
- 前記フランジの空間部内の圧力を検出する圧力検出器を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィードスルー。
- 前記フランジの空間部内のガスを検出するガスセンサを設置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィードスルー。
