Description
図1は、本発明が適用された車両用ドアトリム10を示す図で、(a) は意匠面側すなわち車両の室内側を示す概略正面図、(b) は反対の裏面側を示す概略背面図、(c) は(b) におけるIC部を矢印A方向から見た斜視図である。この車両用ドアトリム10はトリムボードに相当するもので、合成樹脂材料にて一体成形されているとともに、ドアの内部(車室の外側)に位置する裏面12の外周縁部には、多数(図では8つ)のクリップ取付座14が一体に設けられており、そのクリップ取付座14にはそれぞれクリップ16が一体的に組み付けられる。そして、それ等のクリップ16がそれぞれ車両用ドアのインナパネル18(図3参照)に設けられた取付穴20に一体的に組み付けられることにより、車両用ドアトリム10がそのインナパネル18に一体的に固定される。インナパネル18は車体側部材に相当する。
Claims (10)
- トリムボードのクリップ取付座に組み付けられる第1突起部と、車体側部材に組み付けられる第2突起部とを有し、該第1突起部が該トリムボードに組み付けられた状態で該第2突起部を該車体側部材に組み付けることにより該トリムボードを該車体側部材に一体的に固定するクリップの該トリムボードに対する組付構造であって、
前記第1突起部の前記クリップ取付座に対する組付けが、前記トリムボードに対して略垂直な所定の組付方向からの押し込みによって行なわれるように、該第1突起部には該組付方向において径寸法が局部的に増減している係合部が設けられており、該クリップ取付座には該係合部と係合させられることにより前記クリップを位置決めするとともに弾性変形により拡開可能な複数の係止爪が設けられている一方、
低荷重で組み付けることができる仮組付状態と大きな組付荷重を必要とする本組付状態との2段階以上で組み付けが行なわれるように、前記第1突起部には径寸法が異なる2種類以上の係合部が前記組付方向に離間して設けられ、或いは前記クリップ取付座には前記係合部との係合代が異なる2組以上の係止爪が該組付方向に離間して設けられている
ことを特徴とするトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記第1突起部には、押し込み方向先端側から小径部、該小径部よりも小径のくびれ部、該小径部よりも大径の大径部、および該大径部と前記クリップ取付座に着座させられる着座部との間の小径の組付部が同心に設けられている一方、
前記クリップ取付座は、前記第1突起部が前記組付方向から相対的に押し込まれる際に前記小径部および前記大径部と順次係合させられる1組の係止爪を備えているとともに、弾性変形で該係止爪が拡開させられることにより該小径部および該大径部がそれぞれ該係止爪の間を通過することが許容されるようになっており、
前記小径部が前記係止爪の間を通過して該係止爪が前記くびれ部に位置する仮組付状態と、前記大径部が該係止爪の間を通過して該係止爪が前記組付部に位置する本組付状態との、少なくとも2段階の組付状態を有し、
前記仮組付状態に位置決めする前記小径部から前記くびれ部を経て前記大径部に至る径寸法増減部分、および前記本組付状態に位置決めする前記大径部から前記組付部を経て前記着座部に至る径寸法増減部分は、それぞれ前記係合部として機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記大径部には、前記くびれ部に向かうに従って小径となるテーパ面が設けられている一方、前記1組の係止爪には該テーパ面に対応する部分テーパ形状の受け面が設けられており、
前記仮組付状態では、前記係止爪が前記大径部と前記小径部との間で挟まれるように前記くびれ部に位置させられ、該大径部のテーパ面が該係止爪の受け面と面接触させられることにより前記クリップが一定の姿勢に位置決めされる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記クリップ取付座は、前記トリムボードから立ち上がるとともに上端部分が前記小径部よりも小さい隙間gだけ離間している一対の爪部材から成り、該一対の爪部材の該上端部分に一対の係止爪が対向して設けられているとともに、該一対の爪部材が弾性変形させられることにより該一対の係止爪が拡開させられて前記小径部および前記大径部が該一対の係止爪の間を通過することが許容される
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記一対の係止爪の先端には、前記組付方向から見て前記クリップの組付中心Oを中心として前記小径部よりも小さく且つ前記一対の爪部材の隙間gよりも大きな直径寸法dの円弧形状部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記一対の爪部材は、前記トリムボードから平行に立ち上がる一対の立板部と、該立板部の上端部から互いに接近する方向に略直角に曲げられ、先端部分が前記隙間gだけ隔てて対向させられている横板部とから成り、
該横板部の先端部分は前記トリムボード側へ段差状に凹んでおり、該段差状に凹んだ部分が前記係止爪として用いられる
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記一対の爪部材は、前記トリムボードから立ち上がる一対の立板部を備えているとともに、該一対の立板部の少なくとも上端部分は前記隙間gだけ隔てて互いに略平行とされていて、該上端部分の互いに対向する部分に前記係止爪が一体に設けられている一方、
前記立板部のうち前記係止爪の下に隣接する部分にはそれぞれ貫通した開口が設けられており、該立板部を互いに離間させるように弾性変形させつつ該係止爪の間を通過した前記小径部および前記大径部は、それぞれ該開口の上端縁に係止されて抜止めされるようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 前記トリムボードには、それぞれ前記クリップが組み付けられるとともに前記組付方向が互いに平行な複数のクリップ取付座が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造。 - 請求項2〜7の何れか1項に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造に用いられるクリップ。
- 請求項8に記載のトリムボードのクリップ組付構造において、前記複数のクリップ取付座に対して前記クリップをそれぞれ組み付けるクリップ組付方法であって、
前記複数のクリップ取付座に対してそれぞれ前記組付方向から前記クリップを相対的に接近させて仮組付状態とする仮組付工程と、
前記複数のクリップ取付座にそれぞれ前記仮組付状態で装着されている複数のクリップを押圧装置により同時に前記組付方向へ相対的に押圧して前記本組付状態とする本組付工程と、
を有することを特徴とするクリップ組付方法。
