Description
図2は、センサの垂直断面を示す。センサ30の内部には、特に赤外線(λ>800nm、望ましくは、>2μm)に対して高感度である感熱性のセンサ素子10を具備している。上記のように形成してもよく、しかしそうでなくてもよい。センサは、特に、サーモパイルセンサであってもよい。センサ素子10に隣接して、または直接センサ素子の直上には、評価および補償のために使用可能である温度参照素子37であって、周囲温度を測定してそれを電気信号に変換する温度参照素子37を具備してもよい。センサ素子10および、必要な場合、温度参照素子37は、実施形態で示されているように、底板33、側壁31および放射線透過材料32である放射線入射窓35とによって閉鎖されているハウジングの内部に配設される。
Claims (9)
- 赤外領域にある電磁放射線を検出するセンサ(30)であって、
電磁放射線を検出する1または複数のセンサ素子(10)と、
センサ素子が配設されるハウジング(31,33)と、
ハウジングに設けられ、検出される電磁放射線を透過する材料(32)によって閉鎖される放射線入射窓(35)とを具備し、
該透過材料(32)が、センサ素子の視野内には配置されていない固定手段(38)によってハウジングに固定され、
ハウジングに設けられる放射線入射窓全体がセンサ素子の視野内にあり、
放射線入射窓材料はハウジングの外側にある凹部内に挿入され、凹部の側壁と放射線入射窓材料の側壁との間で、固定手段(38)として機能する接着剤によって固定され、
センサ素子の視野の範囲内にある内表面(36)は球状の凹部を有し、センサ素子の直上の開口断面積が放射線入射窓の断面積よりも大きいように、ハウジングの内表面は、センサ素子から放射線入射窓(35)に向かって狭くなっていることを特徴とするセンサ(30)。 - 放射線入射窓の材料はハウジングの外部から該ハウジングに固定されている、または外に向けられた該ハウジングの溝または凹部(34)内に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ。
- ハウジングは熱伝導性を有し、その熱伝導度は、純銅の少なくとも20%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセンサ。
- ハウジングは熱伝導性を有し、その熱伝導度は、純銅の少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセンサ。
- 殆ど放射しない内表面(36)がハウジング内部のセンサ素子(10)の視野内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 内表面(36)が反射性であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のセンサ。
- ハウジングが、円筒状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ
- センサ素子(10)に隣接するハウジング内の領域は放射線を吸収する材料(41)によって被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のセンサを有する非接触温度測定計。
