Claims (12)
- 主軸線Aを中心に回転できる回転ホルダ(3)であって、回転ホルダ(3)の主軸線Aが水平に延びている回転ホルダと、回転ホルダ(3)に配置されている二つの工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)であって、工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)が主軸線Aと平行に配向されているスピンドル軸線(Sa,Sb)を有する二つの工作物スピンドルと、工具(50)を固定するツールホルダ(5)であって、一方の工作物スピンドル(4a)上の工作物(6)を加工する工具(50)が加工位置にあるツールホルダと、工作物スピンドル(4b)に工作物を積み込み且つ工作物スピンドル(4b)から工作物を積み卸しする固定装置であって、工作物スピンドル(4b)が移送位置にある固定装置とを包含する工作物を歯切り加工する工作機械(1)において、工作機械がホブフライス装置の形態であり、工作機械が移送位置にある工作物スピンドル(4b)上の工作物を加工するバリ取り装置を有することを特徴とする工作機械。
- ツールホルダ(5)は主軸線Aに対して垂直に延びている水平直線軸線Xに沿って且つ主軸線Aと平行に延びている水平直線軸線Yに沿って移動され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- ツールホルダ(5)は主軸線Aに対して垂直に延びている回転水平軸線Bを中心に回転され得る回転ホルダ(7)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の工作機械。
- ツールホルダ(5)はツール往復台(12)に配列されていて、ツール往復台(12)が水平軸線Bに対して垂直である直線軸線Cに沿って回転ホルダ(7)に対して移動できることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工作機械。
- 回転ホルダ(3)がドラムとして形成されていて、工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)がドラムから外に突き出すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 回転ホルダ(3)が第一ストッパと第二ストッパを有し、各ストッパにはそれぞれに一つの第一工作物スピンドル(4a)が加工位置にあり、そして一つの第二工作物スピンドル(4b)が移送位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 回転ホルダ(3)には、原動機式駆動手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)には、原動機式スピンドル駆動手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工作機械が加工位置で工作物スピンドル(4a)に向い合っている逆ホルダ(13)を有し、逆ホルダ(13)が制御プロセッサによってプログラムできることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 保護シールドが回転ホルダ(3)上で工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)間に設けられていて、主軸線Aが保護シールドを通して延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- バリ取り装置が回転ホルダ(3)の外面(15)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物スピンドル(4a,4b)が主軸線Aを中心に対称的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
