Claims (3)
- 複数のセル(22,23)からなる電槽(2)内に極板(30,40)を収納する鉛蓄電池(1)において、
前記電槽(2)の蓋部材(3)の下方に、貫通孔(8a,8b)が形成された中蓋(8)を具備し、
前記セル(22,23)内の少なくとも1つの極板(30,40)の上部に、前記貫通孔(8a,8b)を通って上方に突出する延出部(31,41)が形成され、該延出部(31,41)において、前記極板(30,40)と極性の異なる他のセル中の極板(30,40)の延出部(31,41)とが互いに直接接合されており、
前記延出部(31,41)は、その上部が屈曲され、前記セル(22,23)を形成する隔壁(7)の上部で接合されており、
前記隔壁(7)の上部に形成された延長部(9)が、前記延出部(31,41)の接合面(27)を電極(91)で上部から押圧して接合する際の受け台として機能するように構成されていることを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。 - 前記延出部(31,41)の当接面に、該延出部(31,41)と一体の突起状物(33,43)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記延出部(31,41)と前記貫通孔(8a,8b)との間には、ガス抜き用の隙間(35)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉛蓄電池。
