CONSTITUTION:A container 4 and a middle plate 3 are melt-bonded, and the lugs of plate groups are inserted into the slits 13 of cell connecting conductors 2 and post connecting conductors 14 and the lugs 8 protruded from the middle plate 3 are welded to the conductor 2 and 14 with solder and others, and then residual spaces of the slits 13 are sealed with acid-resistant synthetic resin.
