Description
Claims (5)
- オイル潤滑される摩擦材料を支持するコアプレートであって、
第1端部および第2端部を有する複数のアーチ形状のセグメントであって、
各セグメントの前記第1端部はタブを規定し、各セグメントの前記第2端部はスロットを規定し、1個のセグメントの前記第1端部の前記タブは、隣接するセグメントの前記第2端部の前記スロット内に位置決めされ、前記セグメントを一緒に固定してコアプレートを形成する複数のアーチ形状のセグメント、を含み、
前記コアプレートは、第1表面と、前記第1表面に対して間隔をもって反対側に離れた位置関係にある第2表面とを有し、
摩擦材料が前記第1および第2表面に装着され、
前記摩擦材料が、前記コアプレートの前記アーチ形状のセグメントの前記第1および第2端部に重なり合って、前記コアプレートセグメントの分離を阻止し、
前記摩擦材料が、第1端部および第2端部を有する複数のアーチ形状のセグメントから形成され、
前記摩擦材料のセグメントが、前記コアプレートにおいて、間隔を空けて離れた位置関係に位置決めされ、前記摩擦材料のセグメント間にオイル流動溝が形成され、
前記コアプレートのセグメントに、前記摩擦材料のセグメント間のオイル流動溝と整合された開口を備える、コアプレート。 - 前記コアプレートのセグメントの前記第1表面から前記第2表面まで開口が延びて、前記コアプレートに対する流体圧力の作用を均等化するオイルの流動径路が設けられる、請求項1に記載のコアプレート。
- 前記コアプレートを形成する前記セグメントの前記第1および第2端部が接合される、請求項1又は2に記載のコアプレート。
- 前記コアプレートを形成する前記セグメントの前記第1および第2端部が溶接によって接合される、請求項3に記載のコアプレート。
- 前記コアプレートを形成する前記セグメントの前記第1および第2端部が接着によって接合される、請求項3に記載のコアプレート。
