Claims (4)
- 円環状磁性体の周方向に沿って、N極及びS極の磁極を交互且つ等ピッチで着磁形成した環状磁気エンコーダであって、
上記円環状磁性体の周方向の少なくとも1箇所に、上記磁極の複数分に相当する不等ピッチ領域を有し、この不等ピッチ領域は、中央の1個の特定極部と、その周辺に位置し該特定極部とは異極の異極部とよりなり、該特定極部及び異極部による着磁パターンは、不等ピッチ領域の中央横断線に対して線対称に形成されると共に、特定極部の面積が不等ピッチ領域の面積の40〜60%であり、前記特定極部の形状が、前記中央横断線に対して線対称のH形とされていることを特徴とする環状磁気エンコーダ。 - 円環状磁性体の周方向に沿って、N極及びS極の磁極を交互且つ等ピッチで着磁形成した環状磁気エンコーダであって、
上記円環状磁性体の周方向の少なくとも1箇所に、上記磁極の複数分に相当する不等ピッチ領域を有し、この不等ピッチ領域は、中央の1個の特定極部と、その周辺に位置し該特定極部とは異極の異極部とよりなり、該特定極部及び異極部による着磁パターンは、不等ピッチ領域の中央横断線に対して線対称に形成されると共に、特定極部の面積が不等ピッチ領域の面積の40〜60%であり、前記特定極部の形状が、前記中央横断線に対して線対称の八角形とされていることを特徴とする環状磁気エンコーダ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の環状磁気エンコーダにおいて、
前記特定極部における円環状磁性体の周方向両側に位置する前記異極部が、当該特定極部によって分断されていることを特徴とする環状磁気エンコーダ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の環状磁気エンコーダにおいて、
前記円環状磁性体が、磁性ゴム又は磁性樹脂の成型体からなることを特徴とする環状磁気エンコーダ。
