Claims (3)
- 車両インナー側の車両固定部材に接続される外輪と、車輪に接続される内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在される転動体と、前記内輪に固定され、周方向で磁気特性が交互に変化する磁気エンコーダー部と、該磁気エンコーダー部の回転による磁気変化を検出するように、前記磁気エンコーダー部と対向配置されるABSセンサーと、前記内輪と前記外輪との間を密封する密封装置部と、を備えるセンサー付き転がり軸受装置であって、
前記密封装置部は前記外輪の外周又は内周に嵌装されるアウターケースと、前記内輪の外周に嵌装されるインナーケースを有し、
前記アウターケースにはシール部材が一体化され、該シール部材は前記インナーケースと協働してシール機能が発揮され、
前記インナーケースには前記磁気エンコーダー部が固定され、
前記アウターケースは当接面を有し、この当接面が前記外輪の端面に突き合わせられ、
前記ABSセンサーには固定部材が一体化され、この固定部材を前記外輪の端面に突き合わされる前記アウターケースの当該部位に突き合わせて、前記固定部材と前記アウターケースを締結部材で固定することを特徴とするセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。 - 前記ABSセンサーと前記磁気エンコーダー部とは、軸方向で対向配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
- 前記磁気エンコーダー部は筒状に形成され、前記インナーケースには、車両インナー側に延びる固定部位が形成され、該固定部位には前記磁気エンコーダー部が固定され、前記ABSセンサーは前記磁気エンコーダー部と径方向で対向配置され、
前記内輪とともに回転可能なドライブシャフトと、このドライブシャフトの外周面に嵌装されて固定される環状のデフレクタ部材と、を備え、
このデフレクタ部材は、前記磁気エンコーダー部を軸方向に露出させることなく覆い、かつ前記ABSセンサーと協働してラビリンスシール機能を発揮させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
