Claims (5)
- 基板上にプリント流体を堆積させるプリントヘッドと、
前記基板がロードされ及びアンロードされるステージと、
キャッピングステーションを有する前記プリントヘッドのためのメンテナンスステーションと、を具備し、
前記メンテナンスステーションは、前記基板がロードされている間又はアンロードされている間に作動するように構成され、
前記キャッピングステーションは、
トレイと、
前記トレイから離間して設置され、溶剤が充填され、前記プリントヘッドの位置に対応するように角度が変更可能な溶剤槽と、
前記溶剤槽と平行に配置される廃液トラフと、
高さ調整手段と、
を有し、
前記キャッピングステーションは、前記高さ調整手段により、蒸気浸漬位置、液体浸漬位置、流体パージ位置に移動され、
前記蒸気浸漬位置では、前記プリントヘッドが前記溶剤の真上に位置決めされ、
前記液体浸漬位置では、前記プリントヘッドが前記溶剤の中に入れられ、
前記流体パージ位置では、前記キャッピングステーションが前記蒸気浸漬位置より下に位置され、前記プリントヘッドのノズルから廃棄インクを吐出するとき前記ノズルが前記廃液トラフ上に位置決めされる
プリント装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記メンテナンスステーションは、液滴分析装置を有し、
前記高さ調整手段は、前記液滴分析装置が前記キャッピングステーションの上に配置できるように前記キャッピングステーションの位置を下げる
プリント装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記トレイは、排液管を有し、
前記排液管には、真空ポンプが接続されている
プリント装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のプリント装置であって、
前記メンテナンスステーションは、ブロッティングステーションを有し、
前記ブロッティングステーションは、前記プリントヘッドにブロッティング材を接触させる
プリント装置。 - 請求項4に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記メンテナンスステーションは、前記キャッピングステーションと前記ブロッティングステーションを、前記プリントヘッドに対して位置決めする並進台を有する
プリント装置。
