Description
本発明の本発明の光吸収性シロキサン組成物および光吸収性ポリイミド組成物、並びに光吸収性樹脂について説明する。なお、本明細書中では、本発明の光吸収性シロキサン組成物と光吸収性ポリイミド組成物とをあわせて光吸収性樹脂用組成物という。
本発明の光吸収性樹脂を発光装置に用いた場合について、図1を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の光吸収性樹脂をカラーフィルター用ブラックマトリクスとして用いた場合について、図3を用いて説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1の電極と、
前記第1の電極に接する発光物質を含む層と、
前記発光物質を含む層に接する第2の電極とを有する画素を複数備え、
前記複数の画素のそれぞれにおいて、前記発光物質を含む層は、前記第1の電極の端部に接した隔壁によって分離されており、
前記隔壁は、窒素と酸素とチタンとを含む顔料と、アミン価が互いに異なる複数種の分散剤と、第1のポリイミド樹脂とを含む光透過率が3%以下の光吸収性樹脂と、第2のポリイミド樹脂との積層体であり、前記光吸収性樹脂の端部は前記第1の電極の端部を覆い、前記第2のポリイミド樹脂の端部は、前記第1の電極の端部を覆った前記光吸収性樹脂を覆い、前記光吸収性樹脂の端部は前記第1の電極の端部に接し、且つ前記第2のポリイミド樹脂の端部は前記第1の電極の端部に接し、
前記光吸収性樹脂は、300℃で1時間加熱した前後で、波長350nmから750nmにおける光透過率が3%以下を維持する
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1において、前記顔料はチタンブラックであることを特徴とする表示装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記表示装置はパッシブ型であることを特徴とする表示装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記第1の電極はトランジスタに接続されており、前記表示装置はアクティブ型であることを特徴とする表示装置。
