Claims (12)
- 第1及び第2の対向する側をもつフィルタ媒体と、第1電極と、第2電極とを有し、該第1電極及び該第2電極が、前記フィルタ媒体の前記第1及び第2の対向する側に等角に設けられる、空気から粒子を除去する静電粒子フィルタにおいて、前記第1電極、前記第2電極、及び前記フィルタ媒体は、電流が前記フィルタ媒体を流れることを可能にするように構成され、前記第1電極は、相対湿度30%において、約106Ω/□の下限値及び約1012Ω/□の上限値の範囲のシート抵抗をもつ中程度の導電性の電極であることを特徴とする、静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記第2電極が相対湿度30%において、約106Ω/□の下限値及び約1012Ω/□の上限値の範囲のシート抵抗をもつ中程度の導電性の電極である、請求項1に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記下限値が約107Ω/□、及び/又は前記上限値が約1011Ω/□である、請求項1又は2に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記下限値が約108Ω/□、及び/又は前記上限値が約1010Ω/□である、請求項1又は2に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記中程度の導電性の電極が、有機化合物を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記有機化合物が、親水性有機化合物である、請求項5に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記中程度の導電性の電極が、ドープ剤を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記ドープ剤が、親水性ドープ剤又は吸湿性ドープ剤である、請求項7に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 前記フィルタ媒体が、疎水性材料を含む、請求項5に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 粒子帯電部と、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の静電粒子フィルタとを含む静電フィルタシステム。
- 前記ドープ剤が光触媒である、請求項7に記載の静電粒子フィルタ。
- 粒子帯電部と、請求項11に記載の静電粒子フィルタと、光触媒を活性化させる紫外線放射を生成する光源とを有する、静電フィルタシステム。
