Abstract

本发明公开了高压均匀电场过滤紫外线倍增杀菌空气净化器。本发明由两个金属网状圆盘为两个电极其中间夹一个绝缘过滤圆盘构成均匀高强度电场过滤器,它对于PM2.5以及越小空气悬浮颗粒物,吸附能力越强,无论大小颗粒物都能过滤。在具有高反射镜面的圆筒内,均匀安装三个紫外线灯;与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。紫外线在高反射镜面的反射损失不大于百分之十,经过高反射镜面圆筒内反复反射,使紫外线产生N倍增效果,即不依靠增加紫外线灯数量来提高紫外线的强度。三个红外线灯也产生类似的倍增效果,达到加温空气目的,当关掉其电源,能停止加温。总之,当空气进入本机时,先经过强大的均匀高压电场过滤;再经强力紫外线的杀菌,达到空气净化并兼有对空气加温的功能。

Description

高压均匀电场过滤紫外线倍增杀菌空气净化器
技术领域:本发明属消费类家用物品,特指高压均匀电场过滤紫外线倍增杀菌空气净化器。
背景技术:
现在人们平均每天在室内的时间是远大于室外时间,而室内空气的污染程度远比室外严重。设想一个人在这么长的时间里,吸吮着有病菌和大量PM2.5空气悬浮颗粒物的环境,对健康有很大的危害。
现有的室内空气净化器分两类,即主动式和被动式。国内、外大量使用的是被动式,采用各种过滤材质做成不同的产品;主动式有高压静电除尘等产品。被动式能过滤掉大部分悬浮颗粒物;但对PM2.5及更小的空气悬浮颗粒物过滤效果并不好;另外,它们都无法有效杀灭细菌和病毒性细菌及真菌孢子和尘螨。目前主动式高压静电除尘产品,大都采用单极式电极即针式或棒式结构,其特征是高压静电电场强度不均匀,它随距离电极的远近而变化,故各部分过滤效果不一致,使用不广泛。
发明内容:
两个金属网状圆盘为两个电极,其中间夹一个直径相同的绝缘过滤圆盘,这组圆盘构成均匀高强度电场过滤器,由于电场对于PM2.5以及越小空气悬浮颗粒物,吸附能力越强,加上其中间的过滤盘能过滤较大的空气悬浮颗粒物,所以无论大小空气悬浮颗粒物都能过滤。另外,在一个具有高反射镜面的圆筒内,均匀布置安装三个紫外线灯;并且与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。紫外线在高反射镜面的反射损失不大于百分之十,经过高反射镜面圆筒内反复反射,使紫外线产生N倍增效果,这里N大于1,这样不依靠增加紫外线灯数量能提高紫外线的强度。只要当因空气带走的紫外线损耗和圆筒两端泄露的紫外线损耗值之和与紫外线的倍增效果值达到平衡时,紫外线强度增长就趋于稳定。三个红外线灯也使红外线强度产生类似的倍增效果,能加热空气温度,如果不需要加热空气时,可以关掉其电源,就能停止加温。
总之当空气进入本机时,先经过强大的均匀高压电场与过滤网过滤;再经过高反射镜面圆筒内强力紫外线的杀菌;兼有红外线对空气加热功能。

具体实施方式:
1、制作一个如附图中项2的圆形箱外壳,
2、制作一个如附图中项4的高反射镜面的圆筒,
3、制作一个如附图中项5的金属网状圆盘和碳纤维过滤圆盘的托架;
4、制作两个如附图中项10的金属网状圆盘;
5、制作一个如附图中项11的碳纤维过滤圆盘;
6、制作一个如附图中项6的定位圆环;
7、制作一个如附图中项1的风机架;
8、制作一个如附图中项3的电控盒,盒中安装风机电源;紫外线灯电源;红外线灯电源和控制板。
9、组装金属网状圆盘和碳纤维过滤圆盘的托架装配:将金属网状圆盘先放在底层;再在其上放碳纤维过滤圆盘;顶部放金属网状圆盘。
10、组装高反射镜面的圆筒装配:将项4的高反射镜面的圆筒中按360度等分安装三个紫外线灯项7;再按与紫外线灯相距60度安装三个红外线灯项9。
11、总装配:在项2的圆形箱外壳中部安装高反射镜面的圆筒装配;再在其上部安装项1的风机架,在其下安装项8风机;再在圆形箱外壳上部内壁安装项3的电控盒;然后将金属网状圆盘和碳纤维过滤圆盘的托架装配安装在圆形箱外壳下部,再用项6定位圆环固定。

  1. 本发明名称:高压均匀电场过滤紫外线倍增杀菌空气净化器现有技术:现有的室内空气净化器分两类,即主动式和被动式。国内、外大量使用的是被动式,采用各种过滤材质做成不同的产品;主动式有高压静电除尘产品。被动式能过滤掉大部分悬浮颗粒物;但对PM2.5及更小的空气悬浮颗粒物过滤效果并不好;它们都无法有效杀灭细菌和病毒性细菌及真菌孢子和尘螨。目前主动式高压静电除尘产品,皆采用单极式电极即针式或棒式结构,其高压静电电场强度不均匀,电场强度随距离电极的远近而变化,各部分过滤效果不一致,故使用不广泛。本发明其技术特征是:由两个金属网状圆盘为两个电极其中间夹一个绝缘过滤圆盘,这组圆盘构成均匀高强度电场过滤器,它对于PM2.5以及越小空气悬浮颗粒物,吸附能力越强,能过滤空气中大小悬浮颗粒物。另外,在具有高反射镜面的圆筒内,均匀安装三个紫外线灯;同时与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。紫外线在高反射镜面的反射损失不大于百分之十,经过高反射镜面圆筒内反复反射,使紫外线产生N倍增效果,即不依靠增加紫外线灯数量来提高紫外线的强度。只要紫外线因空气带走的损耗和圆筒两端泄露的损耗值之和与紫外线的倍增效果值达到平衡时,紫外线强度增长就趋于稳定。三个红外线灯也能使红外线强度产生类似的倍增效果,当需要加热空气时,接通红外线电源就能达到;当关掉其电源,就能停止加温。总之当空气进入本机时,先经过强大的均匀高压电场与过滤网过滤;再经过高反射镜面圆筒内强力紫外线的杀菌;还兼有对空气加热功能。
    1.一种高压均匀电场过滤紫外线倍增杀菌空气净化器,其技术特征是:在圆形箱外壳(项2)的中部安装高反射镜面的圆筒装配;再在其上部安装风机架(项1)在其下安装风机(项8)再在圆形箱外壳上部内壁安装电控盒(项3)然后将金属网状圆盘和碳纤维过滤圆盘的托架装配安装在圆形箱外壳下部,再用定位圆环(项6)固定。
  2. 2.如权利要求1所述的组装高反射镜面的圆筒装配:将高反射镜面的圆筒(项4)中按360度等分安装三个紫外线灯(项7)再按与紫外线灯相距60度安装三个红外线灯(项9)。
  3. 3.如权利要求1所述的组装金属网状盘和碳纤维过滤盘的托架装配:将金属网状圆盘(项10)先放在底层;再在其上放碳纤维过滤圆盘(项11)顶部放金属网状圆盘(项10)。
