一种室内空气净化机构,包括上盖、离心式风机、外壳、初效过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网、活性炭过滤网、下盖、UV紫外灯和光触媒附着滤网,所述的外壳为圆筒形,下盖通过螺纹连接旋进外壳底部,上盖通过螺栓连接固定在外壳上方,UV紫外灯固定安装在外壳内部中心位置,在外壳和UV紫外灯之间分别安装有初效过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网、活性炭过滤网和光触媒附着滤网,离心式风机固定安装在上盖上及外壳内部。本发明结构简单,具有为室内空气杀菌、除尘、治理有害气体,净化杂质气体的综合治理效果。

一种室内空气净化机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内空气净化机构,具体的是一种具有为室内空气杀菌、除尘、治理有害气体,净化杂质气体,平衡空气湿度的室内空气净化机构。
背景技术
随着我国工业化的发展和人口不断增加,污染也随之日益严重。在建筑内,由于越来越华丽的装修以及其他一些因素而产生的污染物对室内空气质量形成了严重影响,这些污染物对人体的呼吸系统,心血管系统及神经系统有严重的危害。
目前市场上销售的空气净化设备,大都是单一功能的,有用光触媒技术处理污染气体,有用负氧离子发生器增加空气负氧离子含量来清新空气的,有用臭氧来给空气杀菌的,有的仅为空气过滤的,有用竹炭吸附空气杂质的等等。它们都不能真正起到完全净化空气的作用。因为受污染的空气中有细菌、真菌孢子、各种传染性病菌,有各种对人体有害的微细尘粒,有包括六大有害气体在内的多种有害气体,还有由于潮湿和干燥导致的空气湿度的不平衡对人体和家具的影响,还有家电和电脑放射出的正负电荷对人的影响等等。因此,现有的净化器由于功能单一,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有问题,提出了一种室内空气净化机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明室内空气净化机构,包括上盖、离心式风机、外壳、初效过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网、活性炭过滤网、下盖、UV紫外灯和光触媒附着滤网,所述的外壳为圆筒形,下盖通过螺纹连接旋进外壳底部,上盖通过螺栓连接固定在外壳上方,UV紫外灯固定安装在外壳内部中心位置,在外壳和UV紫外灯之间分别安装有初效过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网、活性炭过滤网和光触媒附着滤网,离心式风机固定安装在上盖上及外壳内部。本发明结构简单,具有为室内空气杀菌、除尘、治理有害气体,净化杂质气体的综合治理效果。
所述的该装置采用360度圆形吸风,中间向上出风,全方位净化,不留死角,外观美观,可放置在室内任何位置。外壳底部与下盖采用螺纹连接使更换清洁过滤、吸附、分解及紫外灯管更方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,该系统包括上盖1、离心式风机2、外壳3、初效过滤网4、HEPA高效过滤网5、活性炭过滤网6、下盖7、UV紫外灯(8)和光触媒附着滤网9,所述的外壳3为圆筒形,下盖7通过螺纹连接旋进外壳3底部,上盖1通过螺栓连接固定在外壳3上方,UV紫外灯8固定安装在外壳3内部中心位置,在外壳3和UV紫外灯8之间分别安装有初效过滤网4、HEPA高效过滤网5、活性炭过滤网6和光触媒附着滤网9,离心式风机2固定安装在上盖1上及外壳3内部。
所述的初效过滤网4选用过滤棉过滤层,由高性能抗断裂的无硅合成纤维组成。
所述的HEPA高效过滤网5采用多组分玻璃纤维制成,可有效地滤除0.3微米以上的可吸入颗粒物、烟雾细菌等。
所述的活性炭过滤网6以高分子材料为载体,用环保型的胶粘剂将高比表面积的活性碳粉粘附其上制成。
所述的装置具有遥控控制功能。

1.一种室内空气净化机构,其特征在于,该系统包括上盖(1)、离心式风机(2)、外壳(3)、初效过滤网(4)、HEPA高效过滤网(5)、活性炭过滤网(6)、下盖(7)、UV紫外灯(8)和光触媒附着滤网(9),所述的外壳(3)为圆筒形,下盖(7)通过螺纹连接旋进外壳(3)底部,上盖(1)通过螺栓连接固定在外壳(3)上方,UV紫外灯(8)固定安装在外壳(3)内部中心位置,在外壳(3)和UV紫外灯(8)之间分别安装有初效过滤网(4)、HEPA高效过滤网(5)、活性炭过滤网(6)和光触媒附着滤网(9),离心式风机(2)固定安装在上盖(1)上及外壳(3)内部。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化机构,其特征在于,所述的初效过滤网(4)选用过滤棉过滤层,由高性能抗断裂的无硅合成纤维组成。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化机构,其特征在于,所述的HEPA高效过滤网(5)采用多组分玻璃纤维制成,能有效地滤除0.3微米以上的可吸入颗粒物、烟雾细菌。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化机构,其特征在于,所述的活性炭过滤网(6)以高分子材料为载体,用环保型的胶粘剂将高比表面积的活性碳粉粘附其上制成。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化机构,其特征在于,所述的装置具有遥控控制功能。
