本发明由在中央空调回风和新风混合送入回风管道中安装一个高压静电除尘紫外线杀菌中央空调空气净化器,它包括:金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元和高反射镜面圆筒单元;金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元包括:由金属网状圆盘做成电极,两个金属网状圆盘间夹一个直径相同大小的绝缘纤维过滤圆盘,构成均匀、高强度电场过滤器。高反射镜面圆筒单元包括:个具有高反射镜面的圆筒内,均匀布置安装三个紫外线灯;并且与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。三个紫外线灯和三个红外线灯都能使光线产生倍增效果。

技术领域:本发明属空气调节制冷制热以及新风热交换控制领域,新型独立空气净化器,中央空调净化单元装置。
背景技术:空调技术成为当前人们生活中必备的电气设备之一。办公大楼、宾馆、商场或大型超市,现代楼宇基本上都是依靠中央空调系统来调节冷暖的,而中央空调的送风管道在使用过程中,由于风管内温度、湿度适宜,各种微生物病原体如:螨、真菌、细菌、霉菌等病毒和各种昆虫正好利用这″最佳条件″,大量滋生繁衍,随后,再经由送风系统注入室内,送到大楼的每个角落。而楼内的人群,会在不知不觉中将它们吸入体内。人们在长期接触后,会出现眼睛发红、口干、流鼻涕、嗓子疼痛、浑身困倦、乏力、头痛、恶心、头昏及皮肤瘙痒等诸多症状,并且容易感觉到烦闷、乏力、嗑睡、胸闷、恶心、易患感冒等,这样的″空调病″正是由于室内空气品质不好造成的。尤其是公共场所的中央空调,属于″间歇性空调″,国内绝大部分商场、酒楼、超市,办公楼在晚上停业期间,都关闭了空调,第二天早上营业时,才重新启动空调。由于晚上整个空调系统尤其是风管停止新风进入,从而导致整个风管内的湿度达到80%甚至100%,为细菌滋生提供了最佳环境,因此第二天早上空调开启时,风管里85%都是滋生出来的霉菌等,会使空调送出的空气都出现一股浓浓的臭味,这时是空调内细菌向外界扩散的最危险时期。有的人喜欢站在空调下吹风,殊不知这样会使空调滤尘网上藏匿的真菌孢子和尘螨直接吹附到人的身上或吸入呼吸道中。最明显的,就是皮肤上会出现许多像蚊虫叮咬后的红疙瘩,其实,这就是受了尘螨的侵害。世界卫生组织已将室内环境污染列入人类健康十大杀手之一。现有技术是用针式电极,针形副高压电极的直流高压静电技术,其特征是高压静电电场强度不均匀,它随距离电极的远近而变化,即使提高电压,各部分过滤效果不一致,过滤效果仍然不好。另外,现有的紫外线照射杀菌技术,因目前紫外线单只的功率的有限,而中央空调空气流量大,需要强力的紫外线灯,如果功率不够是难以满足空气净化杀菌要求。
发明内容:在中央空调回风和新风混合送入回风管道中安装一个高压静电除尘紫外线杀菌中央空调空气净化器,它由以下几部分构成:金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元和高反射镜面圆筒单元。金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元包括:由金属网状圆盘做成电极,两个金属网状圆盘电极间夹一个直径相同大小的绝缘纤维过滤网圆盘,因为这三者是叠放,故距离小,因此,以这组圆盘构成一个均匀高强度电场过滤器。由于电场对于PM2.5以及越小空气悬浮颗粒物吸附能力越强,加上其中间的绝缘纤维过滤网圆盘又能过滤掉较大的空气悬浮颗粒物,所以无论空气中大、小悬浮颗粒物,它都能过滤掉。另外,在一个具有高反射镜面的圆筒内,均匀布置安装三个紫外线灯;并且与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。紫外线在高反射镜面的反射损失不大于百分之十,经过高反射镜面圆筒内反复反射,使紫外线产生N倍增效果,这里N大于1,这样不依靠增加紫外线灯数量能提高紫外线的强度。只要当空气带走的紫外线损耗和圆筒两端泄露的紫外线损耗值之和与紫外线的倍增效果值达到平衡时,紫外线强度增长就趋于稳定。三个红外线灯也使红外线强度产生类似的倍增效果,能加热空气,如果不需要加热空气时,可以关掉其电源,就能停止加温。当高压静电除尘紫外线杀菌中央空调空气净化器接入回风管道中时,空气进入本系统便进行过滤与强力紫外线的杀菌;兼有红外线加热空气功能。

具体实施方式:
制作一个高反射镜面圆筒项4,将圆筒内面加工成高反射镜面,并且在圆筒内按360度平均分布安装三个紫外线灯项12,再与紫外线灯相隔60度安装三个红外线灯项5,组成高反射镜面圆筒单元。
再在金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘定位盘项6中,先安装上金属网状圆盘项7,再安装绝缘纤维过滤圆盘项8;再安装下金属网状圆盘项9;再将托盘项10安装固定以上三个盘。组成金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元。
然后,将高反射镜面圆筒单元安装到机器外壳项3中部;其下面安装金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元;再在顶部安装上法兰盘项1;在底部安装下法兰盘项11。

Claims (3)

1.本发明其技术特征是:电极由金属网状圆盘做成,两个这种盘间夹一个直径相同大小由绝 缘碳纤维过滤网做成的过滤圆盘,构成均匀高强度电场过滤器。另外,在一个具有高反射镜 面的圆筒内,均匀布置安装三个紫外线灯;并且与它隔开60度均匀安装三个红外线灯。紫外 线在经过高反射镜面圆筒内反复反射,使紫外线产生N倍增效果。三个红外线灯也使红外线 强度产生类似的倍增效果,兼有红外线加热功能。
高反射镜面圆筒单元安装到机器外壳项3中部;其下面安装金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元;再在顶部安装上法兰盘项1;再在底部安装下法兰盘项11。
2.如权利要求1,在高反射镜面圆筒单元中,将高反射镜面圆筒项4圆筒内部加工成高反射镜面,圆筒内按360度平均分布安装三个紫外线灯项12;再与紫外线灯相隔60度安装三个红外线灯项5。
3.如权利要求1,在金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘单元中,在金属网状圆盘和过滤圆盘定位盘项6中,先安装上金属网状圆盘项7,再安装碳纤维过滤圆盘项8;再安装下金属网状圆盘项9;然后将托盘项10安装固定以上三个盘。
