本发明是在分体式空调进风口安装模块框架,见附图中项2,在模块框架中插入高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块和紫外线杀菌刀片式模块。高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块包括两个金属网电极板,一个碳纤维过滤网板,三者插入刀片式模块框架中,碳纤维过滤网板必须在两个金属网电极板的中间,构成阵列式高压静电场。金属网状电极板和碳纤维过滤网板都是由塑料压制法制的刀片式结构;紫外线杀菌刀片式模块包括塑料压制的框架及在框架内的两侧各安装一个紫外线灯构成。

带高压静电除尘和紫外线杀菌的分体式空调
技术领域:本发明属消费类家用物品,特指带高压静电除尘和紫外线杀菌的分体式空调。
背景技术:一个现代人平均每天在室内的时间是远大于室外时间,而室内空气的污染程度远比室外严重。设想一个人在这么长的时间里,吸吮着充满病菌的空气,对他的健康有多大的损害?人们在长期接触后,会出现眼睛发红、口干、流鼻涕、嗓子疼痛、浑身困倦、乏力、头痛、恶心、头昏及皮肤瘙痒等诸多症状,人们长期工作生活在空调环境中,容易感觉到烦闷、乏力、嗑睡、胸闷、恶心、易患感冒等,这样的″空调病″正是由于室内空气品质不好造成的。一般空调属于″间歇性空调″,一般是下班以后回家开始工作,因此刚空调开启时,空调里85%都是滋生出来的霉菌等,会使空调送出的空气都出现一股浓浓的臭味,这时是空调内细菌向外界扩散的最危险时期。有的人喜欢站在空调下吹风,殊不知这样会使空调滤尘网上藏匿的真菌孢子和尘螨直接吹附到人的身上或吸入呼吸道中。最明显的,就是皮肤上会出现许多像蚊虫叮咬后的红疙瘩,其实,这就是受了尘螨的侵害。因此军团菌、大肠杆菌、溶血性链球菌及各种呼吸道疾病细菌、病毒性细菌在空调中大量孳生,危害了全家健康。
现在的分体式空调都无有效的空气净化和杀菌功能。人们在空调环境呆时间长了,感觉不适和易于生病。空气不良是重要因素。现有技术是在分体式空调进风口安装过滤网,能过滤掉大部分悬浮颗粒物;但无法杀灭细菌和病毒性细菌及真菌孢子和尘螨。现在虽然高压静电除尘技术是广为人知的除尘好办法,已有研究成果,做出过样机,但都没有产品推向市场。究其原因是没有解决小型化问题,因为他们都采用针式或棒式结构的电极,使得电场设备体积大,投资也大;特别是分体式空调对体积的要求小的场合,难以实现。
本发明的技术特征是:是两个金属网电极板,和一个碳纤维过滤网板,三者插入刀片式模块框架中,这里碳纤维过滤网板必须在两个金属网电极板的中间,两个金属网板和碳纤维过滤网板都是由塑料压制成刀片式结构,这样形成阵列式高压静电场的高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块;紫外线杀菌模块也是塑料压制成刀片式结构。以上两种模块都插入分体式空调模块框架中。
本发明的要解决的技术问题是:提供一种使分体式空调具有高压静电除尘和紫外线杀菌的小型化的空气净化环节。
本发明的积极进步效果是:高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块,其静电电极板和碳纤维过滤网板都是平行插入刀片式模块框架,所以两个静电极板距离小,构成强大、均匀的高压阵列式静电场。它能吸附各种大小的悬浮颗粒物;它与紫外线杀菌刀片式模块组合插入分体式空调的模块框架中,能实现有效的高压静电除尘、紫外线杀菌;刀片式模块结构体积小、安装方便、便于快速更换清洗。使空调既能调节环境温度又能净化空气。
本发明的内容:
是在分体式空调进风口安装模块框架,在其中插入两种模块:(1)高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块,它包括两个金属网状电极板,一个碳纤维过滤网板,三者插入刀片式模块框架中构成阵列式高压静电场;(2)紫外线杀菌刀片式模块包括塑料框架,及在框架内两侧各安装一个紫外线灯构成。

具体实施方式:
1、制作紫外线杀菌刀片式模块:压制一个塑料框架,在框架内两侧各安装一个紫外线灯;
2、制作碳纤维过滤网板:将碳纤维过滤网与塑料压制为一体,制成碳纤维过滤网板;
3、制作金属网电极板:将金属网与塑料压制为一体,制成金属网电极板;
4、组装高压静电除尘+过滤网模块:见附图3,将两个金属网电极板插入高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块中两旁,其中间插入碳纤维过滤网板,组成高压静电除尘+过滤网模块;
5、组装模块框架:见附图2,将紫外线杀菌刀片式模块和高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块插入模块框架中;
6、总装配:见附图1,将模块框架安装到分体式空调进风口处,紫外线杀菌灯电源与高压静电电源连接到刀片式模块框架。

1. 本发明的名称:带高压静电除尘和紫外线杀菌的分体式空调 现有技术是在分体式空调进风口安装过滤网,能过滤掉大部分悬浮颗粒物,但无法杀灭一般细菌、病毒性细菌、真菌孢子和尘螨。虽然高压静电除尘技术是广为人知的除尘好办法,已有研究成果,做出过样机,但都没有产品推向市场。究其原因是没有解决小型化问题,因为他们都是采用针式或棒式结构的电极,使得电场设备体积大,投资也大;特别是分体式空调对体积的要求小的场合,难以应用。 本发明的技术特征是:是两个金属网电极板,和一个碳纤维过滤网板,三者插入刀片式模块框架中,这里碳纤维过滤网板必须在两个金属网电极板的中间,两个金属网板和碳纤维过滤网板都是由塑料压制成刀片式结构,这样构成具有阵列式高压静电场的高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块;紫外线杀菌模块也是塑料压制成刀片式结构。以上两种模块都插入分体式空调的模块框架中。
在分体式空调进风口安装模块框架,在模块框架中插入高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块和紫外线杀菌刀片式模块。高压静电除尘+过滤网刀片式模块包括:两个金属网电极板;一个碳纤维过滤网板。三者插入刀片式模块框架中,碳纤维过滤网板必须在两个金属网电极板的中间,构成阵列式高压静电场。
