Description
<試験条件>
いずれの実施例、比較例においても、人工大理石の表面粗さは、0.2〜1.5μmとし、コーティング剤中のフッ素系樹脂化合物の濃度は6%とする。
実施例1〜実施例6においては、いずれもムラ外観、重なり艶、境界斑点が目立つことなく、仕上がり外観が良好な結果が得られた。
Claims (1)
- 熱硬化性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂を主体とする重合体と無機充填材からなる人工大理石の表面にフッ素系樹脂化合物の被膜を形成するために塗布するフッ素系樹脂をフッ素系溶媒に希釈させたコーティング剤のうちの再塗装用のコーティング剤において、80乃至150℃の範囲の沸点のフッ素系溶媒単独かもしくは二種類以上の沸点のフッ素系溶媒の混合物に溶解性溶媒を添加してこのうち該溶解性溶媒が7乃至13%となるようにして成ることを特徴とするコーティング剤。
