Abstract
【解決手段】上面に複数の上向きの凸曲面部12が整列して形成された平板状の基台11を、複数列に亘って略平行に床1の上面1aに張り付けられた両面テープ2aの上に設置することにより床1の上面1aに複数配置する基台配置工程と、下面が略平坦に形成された平板状の滑走板21を、基台11の上に複数設置する滑走板設置工程とを有する。

Claims (10)
- 上面に複数の上向きの凸曲面部が整列して形成された平板状の基台を、複数列に亘って略平行に床面に張り付けられた両面テープの上に設置することにより床面に複数配置する基台配置工程と、
下面が略平坦に形成された平板状の滑走板を、地震動によって前記基台の上を移動させ、前記基台の上から脱落させて、前記基台の周囲の床面を前記滑走板が慣性によって移動して減速してから停止するように、前記基台の上に複数設置する滑走板設置工程とを有すること
を特徴とする免震床の設置方法。 - 上面に複数の上向きの凸曲面部が整列して形成された平板状の基台を、床面に塗布された粘着層の上に設置することにより床面に複数配置する基台配置工程と、
下面が略平坦に形成された平板状の滑走板を、地震動によって前記基台の上を移動させ、前記基台の上から脱落させて、前記基台の周囲の床面を前記滑走板が慣性によって移動して減速してから停止するように、前記基台の上に複数設置する滑走板設置工程とを有すること
を特徴とする免震床の設置方法。 - 上面に複数の上向きの凸曲面部が整列して形成された平板状の基台を、床面よりも大きい摩擦係数を有する滑止紙の上に設置する基台配置工程と、
下面が略平坦に形成された平板状の滑走板を、地震動によって前記基台の上を移動させ、前記基台の上から脱落させて、前記基台の周囲の床面を前記滑走板が慣性によって移動して減速してから停止するように、前記基台の上に複数設置する滑走板設置工程とを有すること
を特徴とする免震床の設置方法。 - 上面に複数の上向きの凸曲面部が整列して形成された平板状の基台を、床面よりも大きい摩擦係数を有する滑止紙の上に設置する基台配置工程と、
下面が略平坦に形成された平板状の滑走板を、地震動によって前記基台の上を移動させ、前記基台の上から脱落させて、前記基台の周囲の床面を前記滑走板が慣性によって移動して減速してから停止するように、前記基台の上に複数設置する滑走板設置工程と、
滑止紙の一端を把持して引っ張ることによりこれを前記床面上を滑らせながら移動させ、これに設置されている前記基台及び前記滑走板を、前記床面と設備の底部の間に挿入し、その挿入した前記滑走板上に前記設備を設置する、挿入工程とを有すること
を特徴とする免震床の設置方法。 - 前記基台配置工程では、0℃以下の室温下において、前方に配置された予熱用加熱ローラで床面を加熱するとともに、後方に配置された圧着用加熱ローラで両面テープを前記予熱用加熱ローラで加熱された床面に圧着可能な冷凍室内用ローラを用いることにより、前記両面テープを貼り付けること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の免震床の設置方法。 - 前記基台は、厚さが1.5mmであること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のうち何れか1項記載の免震床の設置方法。 - 前記滑走板の下面は、前記基台の上に前記滑走板を設置した状態で、前記基台の前記凸曲面部と当接しない部分に、潤滑材が塗布されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のうち何れか1項記載の免震床の設置方法。 - 前記滑走板設置工程では、前記基台の上に前記滑走板を複数設置した後、更に、前記滑走板の上に厚板を設置すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜7のうち何れか1項記載の免震床の設置方法。 - 前記滑走板設置工程では、前記基台の上に前記滑走板を複数設置した後、更に、前記基台と前記滑走板の周縁を密閉し、前記基台と前記滑走板との間隙の空気を不活性ガスに置換すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜8のうち何れか1項記載の免震床の設置方法。 - 前記基台の上に複数設置された前記滑走板の上に、複数の支承部材を相互に連結することなく設置し、前記複数の支承部材の上にフロア材を設置して、前記滑走板と前記フロア材との間に空隙を形成するOAフロア設置工程を更に有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜9のうち何れか1項記載の免震床の設置方法。
