Description
このような課題を解決するために、本発明に係る免震装置は、大地震時(例えば、震度5弱以上)のみに作動して大災害を免れ、頻繁に発生する中小地震(例えば、震度1〜4程度)では作動せずに、日常作業に支障を来さないことを目的として考案されたものである。
また、前記高摩擦にするために滑走板の高摩擦部を、基台の凸曲面突起部と同一形状で且つ同一配置で、深さが前記基台の凸曲面突起部の高さよりも浅い凹部を滑走板に形成するために、低コストで製造することができる。更に、滑走板の高摩擦部を貫通孔とすることによっても低コストでの製造が可能である。さらに、前記滑走板の摺接面における該高摩擦部のみをブラスト処理することによっても低コストでの製造が可能である。また、前記滑走板の滑走面に潤滑材を塗布した場合、もしくは粉体を混入した潤滑材を均一に塗布した場合、滑走板が一旦移動を開始した後は、より低い摩擦で移動するため、良好な免震効果を発揮することができる。

Claims (5)
- 複数の凸曲面突起部を形成した平板状の基台と、該複数の凸曲面突起部に摺接する摺接面を有するとともに該基台の該凸曲面突起部側に載置される滑走板とからなる免震装置であって、
前記滑走板の摺接面は、該複数の凸曲面突起部と対応して配置されるとともに該凸曲面突起部との接触状態において安定した静止を可能とする複数の高摩擦部と、見掛けの摩擦係数が該高摩擦部よりもより低い該高摩擦部以外の滑走面とからなり、所定の加速度の地震動が作用することにより、前記凸曲面突起部が前記高摩擦部との接触状態から前記滑走面との接触状態に移行し、前記滑走板が前記基台に対して相対的に水平移動すること、
を特徴とする免震装置。 - 前記滑走板の該摺接面における該高摩擦部は、該基台の凸曲面突起部の曲面と同一形状の凹曲面を有するとともに、該凸曲面突起部の高さよりも小さな深さを有するように形成された凹部であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の免震装置。 - 前記滑走板の摺接面における該滑走面のみに、潤滑材が均一に塗布されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の免震装置。 - 前記滑走板の摺接面における、該高摩擦部のみがブラスト処理されていること、
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の免震装置。 - 前記滑走板の該摺接面における該高摩擦部は、該凸曲面突起部の直径よりも小さな直径を有するように形成された貫通孔であって、それによって、該凸曲面突起部の一部分のみが該貫通孔に嵌合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の免震装置。
