ピリクラリア・オリザエ(Pyricularia oryzae)テスト(インビトロ)/マイクロタイタープレート
液体テスト媒体としてポテトデキストロースブロス(PDB)を使用してマイクロタイタープレートにおいてミクロテストを行った。活性化合物を、アセトン中に溶解された、テクニカル−グレードa.i.として、または市販の製剤として使用した。接種のために、ピリクラリア・オリザエの胞子懸濁液が使用される。暗室においておよび振盪しながら(10Hz)4日間のインキュベーション後、マイクロタイタープレートのそれぞれ満たされたキャビティの透明度を、分光光度計を使用して測定した。0%は、対照中の成長に対応する効果を意味し、一方、100%の効果は、真菌増殖が観察されないことを意味する。
アルテナリア・マリ(Altenaria mali)テスト(インビトロ)/マイクロタイタープレート

Claims (8)
- カルボキサミド(1−2) N−[2−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)フェニル]−5−フルオロ−1,3−ジメチル−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミドならびにトルクロホスメチルおよびフルトラニルから選択される少なくとも1つの活性化合物を含む、活性化合物の組合せ。
- 望まれない植物病原性真菌を制御するための、請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せの使用。
- 種子を処理するための、請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せの使用。
- トランスジェニック植物を処理するための、請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せの使用。
- トランスジェニック植物の種子を処理するための、請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せの使用。
- 請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せで処理された種子。
- 請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せを、望まれない植物病原性真菌および/またはこれらの生息地および/または種子へ適用することを特徴とする、望まれない植物病原性真菌を制御するための方法。
- 請求項1に記載の活性化合物の組合せを、増量剤および/または界面活性剤と混合することを特徴とする、殺真菌組成物の調製方法。
