驚くべきことに、本発明による組み合わせが基本的に期待されていた防除すべき望ましくない微生物に関する作用範囲を相加的に高めるだけでなく、二つの形で成分(A)および成分(B)の作用の範囲を広げる相乗的効果を達成することが認められた。第1に、成分(A)および成分(B)の施用量を減らしながら、作用は同等に良好なままである。第2に、その組み合わせはなおも、2種類の個々の化合物がそのような低施用量範囲で完全に無効となる場合であっても、高度の植物病原体防除を達成する。これにより、一方で防除され得る植物病原体の範囲の大幅な拡大が可能となり、他方で使用上の安全性が高まる。
真菌抵抗性上昇ならびに線虫、ウィルスおよび細菌に対する抵抗性の上昇などの生物性ストレス耐性。本発明の文脈において、生物性ストレス耐性は好ましくは、真菌抵抗性上昇および線虫に対する抵抗性上昇を含む。

さらには例えばタンパク質含有量、脂肪酸、油分含有量、油分の品質、アミノ酸組成、糖含有量、酸含有量(pH)、糖/酸比(Brix)、ポリフェノール類、デンプン含有量、栄養品質、グルテン含有量/指数、エネルギー含有量、味などの所望の成分の増加を含み;
さらには、例えばマイコトキシン低減、アフラトキシン低減、ジェオスミンレベル、フェノール性芳香、ラッカーゼ、ポリフェノールオキシダーゼ類およびペルオキシダーゼ類、硝酸含有量などの望ましくない成分の減少を含む。
本発明によれば、「組み合わせ」という表現は、例えば単独の「調合済み」型、「タンクミックス」などの単独活性化合物の別個製剤から成る組み合わせ噴霧混合物、および連続式で、即ち数時間または数日などのかなり短い期間内で順次施用される場合の単独活性成分の併用において、化合物(A)および(B)の各種組み合わせを表す。好ましくは、化合物(A)および(B)の施用順序は本発明の実施においてあまり重要ではない。
本発明はさらに、本発明による活性化合物組み合わせを含む望ましくない微生物を駆除するための組成物に関するものでもある。好ましくは、当該組成物は、農業的に好適な補助剤、溶媒、担体、界面活性剤または増量剤を含む殺菌剤組成物である。
本発明による活性化合物の組み合わせまたは組成物は、(商業的)製剤で、そして殺虫剤、誘引剤、滅菌剤、殺細菌剤、殺ダニ剤、殺線虫剤、殺菌剤、成長調節剤、除草剤、肥料、薬害軽減剤および情報物質などの他の(公知の)活性化合物との混合物として、これら製剤から調製された使用形態で存在させることができる。
作物保護における望ましくない微生物を駆除するための本発明による組成物は、活性だが非植物毒性の量の本発明による化合物を含む。「活性だが、非植物毒性の量」とは、望ましくない微生物によって引き起こされる植物病害を防除または完全死滅させる上で十分であり、かつ、同時に、植物毒性の顕著な症状を示さない本発明による組成物の量を意味する。この施用量は、一般的には比較的広い範囲で変動し得るものであり、それはいくつかの因子、例えば望ましくない微生物、植物もしくは作物、気候条件および本発明による組成物の成分によって決まる。

本発明に従って、全ての植物および植物部分を処理することができる。ここで、植物とは、望ましいおよび望ましくない野生植物または作物(天然作物を含む。)のような全ての植物および植物群と理解すべきである。作物は、従来の品種改良および至適化法によって、またはバイオテクノロジーおよび遺伝子工学法によって、またはこれらの方法の組み合わせによって得ることができる植物であることができ、遺伝子導入植物を含み、植物品種保護権利によって保護され得るまたは保護され得ない植物品種を含む。植物部分は、芽、葉、花および根のような植物のあらゆる地上および地下の部分および器官を意味するものと理解すべきであり、例として、葉、針葉、茎、幹、花、子実体、果実および種子、そして根、塊茎および地下茎を挙げることができる。植物部分には、収穫物ならびに栄養増殖物および生殖増殖物、例えば、苗、塊茎、地下茎、切り枝および種子などもある。好ましいものは、植物ならびに植物の地上部分および地下部分および器官、例えば苗条、葉、花および根などの処理であり、挙げることができる器官の例には、葉、針葉、茎、幹、花および果実がある。
本発明による処理方法は、遺伝子改変した生物(GMOs)、例えば、植物または種子の処理で使用される。遺伝子改変した植物(またはトランスジェニック植物)は、異種遺伝子がゲノム中に安定に組み込まれている植物である。「異種遺伝子」という表現は、本質的に、植物の外側で提供または組み立てられ、かつ、細胞核ゲノム、クロロプラストゲノムまたはミトコンドリアゲノムに導入すると、形質転換された植物に、対象となるタンパク質もしくはポリペプチドを発現することで、またはその植物に存在する他の遺伝子を低下またはサイレンシングすることにより(例えば、アンチセンス技術、共抑制技術またはRNA干渉−RNAiを用いる)、新たなもしくは改善された農学的その他の特性を与える遺伝子を意味する。ゲノム中に存在する異種遺伝子は、同様にトランス遺伝子と呼ばれる。植物のゲノム中でのそれの特定の位置によって定義されるトランス遺伝子は、形質転換またはトランスジェニック事象と呼ばれる。
2)バチルス・チューリンゲンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)由来の結晶タンパク質またはバチルス・チューリンゲンシス由来の第二の他の結晶タンパク質またはそれの部分の存在下で殺虫性であるそれの部分、例えばCry34およびCry35結晶タンパク質から構成される二元毒素;または
3)バチルス・チューリンゲンシス由来の異なる殺虫性結晶タンパク質の部分を含むハイブリッド殺虫性タンパク質、例えば、上記1)のタンパク質のハイブリッドまたは上記2)のタンパク質のハイブリッド、例えば、コーン・イベント(corn event)MON98034により産生されるCry1A.105タンパク質(WO2007/027777);または
4)標的昆虫種に対するより高い殺虫活性を得るために、および/または、影響を受ける標的昆虫種の範囲を拡大するために、および/またはクローニングもしくは形質転換時にコードDNAに導入される変化のために、いくつか、特に1から10のアミノ酸が別のアミノ酸により置換されている上記1)から3)のいずれか一つのタンパク質、例えばコーン・イベントMON863またはMON88017におけるCry3Bb1タンパク質またはコーン・イベントMIR604におけるCry3Aタンパク質;
5)バチルス・チューリンゲンシスまたはバチルス・セレウス(Bacillus cereus)由来の殺虫性分泌タンパク質またはそれの殺虫性部分、例えばhttp://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/vip.htmlで列挙される植物殺虫性(VIP)タンパク質、例えば、VIP3Aaタンパク質分類からのタンパク質;または
6)バチルス・チューリンゲンシスまたはB.セレウス由来の第二の分泌タンパク質存在下で殺虫性であるバチルス・チューリンゲンシスまたはバチルス・セレウス由来の分泌タンパク質、例えば、VIP1AおよびVIP2Aタンパク質から構成される二元毒素;または
7)バチルス・チューリンゲンシスまたはバチルス・セレウス由来の異なる分泌タンパク質からの部分を含むハイブリッド殺虫性タンパク質、例えば上記1)におけるタンパク質のハイブリッドまたは上記2)におけるタンパク質のハイブリッド;または
8)標的昆虫種に対するより高い殺虫活性を得るために、および/または、影響を受ける標的昆虫種の範囲を拡大するために、および/またはクローニングもしくは形質転換時にコードDNAに導入される変化のために、いくつか、特に1から10のアミノ酸が別のアミノ酸により置換されている上記1)から3)のいずれかのタンパク質(なおも殺虫性タンパク質をコードしている)、例えば、コットン・イベントCOT102におけるVIP3Aaタンパク質。
b.植物または植物細胞のPARGコード遺伝子の発現および/または活性を低下させることができるストレス耐性促進トランス遺伝子を含む植物、
c.ニコチンアミダーゼ、ニコチネートホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチン酸モノヌクレオチドアデニルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチド合成酵素またはニコチンアミドホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼなどのニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドサルベージ合成経路の植物機能性酵素をコードするストレス耐性促進トランス遺伝子を含む植物。
2)非デンプン炭水化物ポリマーを合成する、または遺伝子組み換えなしに野生型植物と比較して特性が変わっている非デンプン炭水化物ポリマーを合成するトランスジェニック植物。例としては、特にイヌリン型およびレバン型のポリフルクトースを産生する植物、α−1,4−グルカン類を産生する植物、α−1,6−分枝α−1,4−グルカン類を産生する植物、アルテルナンを産生する植物がある。
b)改変型のrsw2またはrsw3相同性核酸を含むワタ植物などの植物、
c)ショ糖リン酸合成酵素の発現が高くなったワタ植物などの植物、
d)ショ糖合成酵素の発現が高くなったワタ植物などの植物、
e)繊維細胞の根底での原形質連絡制御のタイミングが、例えば繊維選択的β−1,3−グルカナーゼの低下によって変化しているワタ植物などの植物、
f)例えばnodCなどのN−アセチルグルコサミントランスフェラーゼ遺伝子およびキチン合成遺伝子の発現により、反応性が変わった繊維を有するワタ植物などの植物。
b)低いリノレン酸含有量を有する油を産生するセイヨウアブラナ植物などの植物;
c)低レベルの飽和脂肪酸を有する油を産生するセイヨウアブラナ植物などの植物。
材料保護において、本発明の物質を、望ましくない真菌および/または微生物による侵襲および破壊に対して技術材料を保護するのに用いることができる。
本発明による化合物を施用する場合、施用量は広い範囲内で変動し得る。本発明による処理方法で通常施用される活性化合物の用量/施用量は、通常および有利には、
・植物部分、例えば葉の処理の場合(茎葉処理)、0.1から10,000g/ha、好ましくは50から1,000g/ha、より好ましくは100から750g/haであり、浸漬または滴下施用の場合、特には岩綿またはパーライトなどの不活性物質を用いながら、その用量を低下させることができ;
・種子処理の場合、2から250g/種子100kg、好ましくは3から200g/種子100kg、より好ましくは2.5から50g/種子100kg、さらにより好ましくは2.5から25g/種子100kgであり;
・土壌処理の場合、0.1から10,000g/ha、好ましくは1から5,000g/haである。
さらに、本発明による組み合わせおよび組成物を用いて、植物および収穫された植物材料、従ってそれから製造された食品および動物飼料におけるマイコトキシンの含有量を減らすこともできる。特には、下記のマイコトキシン:デオキシニバレノール(DON)、ニバレノール、15−Ac−DON、3−Ac−DON、T2−およびHT2−毒素、フモニシン類、ゼアラレノン、モニリホルニン、フザリン、ジアセトキシスシルペノール(DAS)、ボーベリシン、エンニアチン、フザロプロリフェリン、フザレノール、オクラトキシン類、パツリン、麦角アルカロイド類およびアフラトキシン類を挙げることができ(これらに限定されるものではない)、これらは、例えば以下の真菌病:フザリウム・アクミナツム(Fusarium acuminatum)、フザリウム・アベナセウム(F. avenaceum)、フザリウム・クロオクウェレンセ(F. crookwellense)、フザリウム・クルモルム(F. culmorum)、フザリウム・グラミネアルム(F. graminearum)(ジベレラ・ゼアエ(Gibberella zeae))、フザリウム・エクイセチ(F. equiseti)、フザリウム・フジコロイ(F. fujikoroi)、フザリウム・ムサルム(F. musarum)、フザリウム・オキシスポルム(F. oxysporum)、フザリウム・プロリフェラツム(F. proliferatum)、フザリウム・ポアエ(F. poae)、フザリウム・シュードグラミネアルム(F. pseudograminearum)、フザリウム・サムブシヌム(F. sambucinum)、フザリウム・シルピ(F. scirpi)、フザリウム・セミテクツム(F. semitectum)、フザリウム・ソラニ(F. solani)、フザリウム・スポロトリコイデス(F. sporotrichoides)、フザリウム・ラングセチアエ(F. langsethiae)、フザリウム・セブグルチナンス(F. subglutinans)、フザリウム・トリシンクツム(F. tricinctum)、フザリウム・ベルチシリオイデス(F. verticillioides)などのフザリウム(Fusarium)種などによって、さらにはアスペルギルス(Aspergillus)種、ペニシリウム(Penicillium)種、クラビセプス・プルプレア(Claviceps purpurea)、スタキボトリス(Stachybotrys)種などを挙げることができるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
Yは、活性化合物Bを施用量nppm(またはg/ha)で施用した場合の効力であり、
Eは、活性化合物AおよびBをそれぞれmおよびnppm(またはg/ha)で施用した場合の効力であり、
本例は、ジャガイモでの疫病の病原菌であるフィトフトラ・インフェスタンス(Phytophthora infestans)の防除における活性物質としてのフルオピコリドおよびシアゾファミドを含む本発明による組成物の効力を示すものである。
Claims (5)
- 請求項1に記載のジャガイモ疫病の防除用活性化合物組み合わせを含み、補助剤、溶媒、担体、界面活性剤または増量剤をさらに含むジャガイモ疫病の防除用組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のジャガイモ疫病の防除用活性化合物組み合わせまたは請求項2に記載のジャガイモ疫病の防除用組成物を、植物または植物が生育するか生育すると想定される土壌に施用する、ジャガイモの疫病の保護において植物病原性真菌を駆除する方法。
- 葉の処理においては0.1から10000g/haを用いる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ジャガイモ疫病の保護において望ましくない植物病原性真菌を駆除するための請求項1に記載のジャガイモ疫病の防除用活性化合物組み合わせまたは請求項2に記載のジャガイモ疫病の防除用組成物の使用。
