Claims (3)
- 有機発光素子が形成された基板と、
前記有機発光素子を覆って前記基板上に固定される封止部材と、を含み、
前記封止部材はフォトクロミック物質を含み、外光によってフォトクロミック物質の固有色を放出し、
前記基板は半導体基板としての第1基板であり、前記封止部材は薄膜封止層であり、さらに前記第1基板と前記薄膜封止層とが重なる領域に位置したフォトセンサーをさらに含み、
前記封止部材は、前記薄膜封止層が互いに一つずつ交互に積層される複数の無機膜と複数の有機膜を含むとともに、前記複数の無機膜と前記複数の有機膜のうち、前記第1基板から最も遠く離れた膜が前記フォトクロミック物質を含む、ことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記フォトクロミック物質は、銀ハロゲン化物、亜鉛ハロゲン化物、カドミウムハロゲン化物、銅ハロゲン化物、およびマグネシウムハロゲン化物からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記フォトクロミック物質は、スピロピラン(spiropyrane)、スピロナフトオキサジン染料(spironaphthoxazine dye)、ジアリールエテン誘導体(diarylethene derivatives)、ジヒドロピリジン(dihydropyridine)、フリルフルギド誘導体(furylfulgide derivatives)、及びアゾベンゼン誘導体(azobenzene derivatives)からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
