なお、上記実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の出力軸の回転力をクラッチ及び手動変速装置を介して駆動輪へと伝達させる車両に適用され、前記クラッチの操作により前記回転力の伝達が遮断されたこと及び前記車両のブレーキ操作がなされていることを条件に、前記内燃機関を自動停止させる内燃機関の自動停止制御装置において、
前記手動変速装置の操作状態を入力として、ドライバのシフトダウン操作の意思が無いと予測する予測手段と、
前記予測手段により前記意思が無いと予測されるまで前記自動停止を禁止する自動停止禁止手段とを備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。 - 前記予測手段は、前記手動変速装置の操作状態及び前記クラッチの操作状態を入力として、前記回転力の伝達が遮断される側に前記クラッチの操作が開始されたと判断されてから第1のシフトダウン判定時間を超えても前記手動変速装置が駆動状態から非駆動状態へと操作されなかったと判断された場合、前記意思が無いと予測することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記第1のシフトダウン判定時間は、0.2〜0.7秒に設定されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記予測手段は、前記手動変速装置の操作状態が1速であると判断された場合、前記意思が無いと予測することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記予測手段は、前記手動変速装置の操作状態を入力として、前記手動変速装置が駆動状態から非駆動状態へと操作されたと判断されてから第2のシフトダウン判定時間を超えても前記手動変速装置が非駆動状態から駆動状態へと操作されなかったと判断された場合、前記意思が無いと予測することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記予測手段は、前記手動変速装置が非駆動状態とされる状況下、前記内燃機関の出力軸から前記手動変速装置へと前記回転力が伝達される側に前記クラッチが操作されたと判断された場合、前記意思が無いと予測することを特徴とする請求項5記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記第2のシフトダウン判定時間は、0.2〜0.7秒に設定されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記予測手段は、前記手動変速装置の操作状態及び前記クラッチの操作状態を入力として、前記手動変速装置が非駆動状態から駆動状態へと操作されたと判断されてから第3のシフトダウン判定時間を超えても前記内燃機関の出力軸から前記手動変速装置へと前記回転力が伝達される側に前記クラッチが操作されなかったと判断された場合、前記意思が無いと予測することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記第3のシフトダウン判定時間は、0.4〜0.9秒に設定されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
- 前記自動停止のための条件には、前記車両の走行速度が0よりも高い所定速度を下回ることが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の自動停止制御装置。
