Claims (4)
- 被加工体と蓋部材とによって形成された内部空間に加工材が投入されてなる被揺動体と、その被揺動体を上下方向に揺動をさせる揺動手段と、を具備し、前記揺動によって、加工材を被加工体に衝突させて、被加工体に加工を施す上下揺動式加工装置であり、
前記揺動手段が、原動機と、その原動機に接続された回転軸と、その回転軸に設けられたクランクと、そのクランクとコンロッドを介して接続される揺動板と、その揺動板に取り付けられその揺動板を上下に往復運動させる2以上の直線運動案内器と、を有する揺動機構を具備し、
前記原動機の与えた回転運動が、前記回転軸に備わる前記クランクによって上下運動に変換され、前記クランクと接続された揺動板が、前記直線運動案内器に沿って上下に往復運動をすることにより、前記揺動板に固定される前記被揺動体を上下方向に揺動をさせ、
その揺動にかかる振動数が3〜30Hzであり揺れ幅が10〜500mmであり、
前記回転軸に更に他のクランクが設けられ、前記他のクランクにカウンターウエイトが取り付けられているとともに、前記クランクと前記他のクランクとが反対方向を向いており、
前記揺動機構と、それを載置する床との間に、空気ばねが備わっている上下揺動式加工装置。 - 前記揺動機構の両側であって前記空気ばねの真上に、錘が備わっている請求項1に記載の上下揺動式加工装置。
- 前記加工材が、鋼球であり、その直径がφ3〜30mmである請求項1又は2に記載の上下揺動式加工装置。
- 前記被加工体が、車両用ホイールである請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の上下揺動式加工装置。
