Description
最初に[図1]を参照して、撹拌型タンク反応槽装置110が備わっている本発明の重合装置100の図式図を示す。反応槽装置110は一組の1基以上のポリスチレン製造用反応槽を含んで成ることができる。反応槽110はフローライン(flowlines)120、121および122で貯蔵容器140、141および142につながっている。
モノビニル芳香族重合装置から重合した単量体と単量体を含んで成る生成物流れを取り出し、そして
前記生成物流れを前記単量体の重合に影響を与える開始剤の存在下に上昇流熱交換器の中に導入する、
ことを含んで成る方法。
スチレン重合装置からポリスチレンとスチレンを含んで成る生成物流れを取り出し、そして
前記生成物流れを前記スチレンの重合に影響を与える開始剤の存在下に上昇流熱交換器の中に導入する、
ことを含んで成る方法。
Claims (4)
- 下記(1)〜(4):
(1) モノビニル芳香族重合装置から、重合した単量体と単量体とを含む生成物の流れを取り出し、
(2) 上記生成物の流れを、上記単量体の重合に影響を与える開始剤の存在下に、上昇流熱交換器中に導入して、この上昇流熱交換器中で重合した単量体を形成させて第2の生成物流を生成させ、
(3) 上記の第2の生成物流の揮発物除去を行なって、分子量分布が2.8〜3.3の重合した単量体を生成させる、
段階を有する重合体の製造方法において、
開始剤が過酸化物であり、この過酸化物が110〜112℃での半減期が1時間である低温用過酸化物と、130℃を越える温度での半減期が1時間である高温用過酸化物とを含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 低温用過酸化物が1,1−ジ(t−アミルパーオキシ)シクロヘキサンであり、高温用過酸化物が3,3−ジ(t−ブチルパーオキシ)酪酸エチルである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 下記(1)〜(4):
(1) モノビニル芳香族重合装置から、重合した単量体と単量体とを含む生成物の流れを取り出し、
(2) 上記生成物の流れを、上記単量体の重合に影響を与える開始剤の存在下に、上昇流熱交換器中に導入して、この上昇流熱交換器中で重合した単量体を形成させて第2の生成物流を生成させ、
(3) 上記の第2の生成物流の揮発物除去を行なって、分子量分布が2.8〜3.3の重合した単量体を生成させる、
段階を有する重合体の製造方法において、
開始剤が過酸化物であり、この過酸化物が110℃〜112℃での半減期が1時間である低温用過酸化物と118〜130℃での半減期が1時間である中間温度用過酸化物とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 低温用過酸化物が1,1−ジ(t−アミルパーオキシ)シクロヘキサンであり、中間温度用過酸化物がOO−t−ブチル−O−イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネートである請求項3に記載の方法。
