Claims (13)
- 樹脂トランスファ成形プロセスによって繊維強化複合材料部材を製造する押型器(200)であって、
樹脂(227)が詰められた保存バッグ(226)と、成形基本要素(210)とを備え、
前記成形基本要素(210)は、
−半製品(245)を受けるように構成される作用チャンバ(240)と、
−樹脂(227)を受けるように構成される貯蔵チャンバ(220)と、
−作用チャンバ(240)と貯蔵チャンバを接続するトランスファライン(230)を備え、
前記基本要素はワンピース構成であり、
前記樹脂(227)が詰められた保存バッグ(226)は、前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)に挿入され、
前記保存バッグ(226)は、篩(232)を備えた開口を有し、
前記篩(232)は、前記トランスファライン(230)に位置する押型器(200)。 - 前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)は、前記部材(245)に必要な量の前記樹脂(227)を受けることが可能である大きさである、請求項1に記載の押型器(200)。
- 前記押型器(200)の周囲に対して前記作用チャンバ(240)および前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)を密閉する閉口状態のキャップ(250)をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の押型器(200)。
- 前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)で受ける前記樹脂(227)を加熱する加熱装置(280)をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の押型器(200)。
- 前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)を圧縮空気で装填する圧力孔(260)をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の押型器(200)。
- 前記作用チャンバ(240)を排気する真空孔(265)をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の押型器(200)。
- 前記トランスファライン(230)は、一定の閾値より低い粘性を有する液状の前記樹脂(227)のみが前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)から前記作用チャンバ(240)に移動可能となるように設計される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の押型器(200)。
- 樹脂トランスファ成形プロセスによって繊維強化複合材料部材を製造する設備(245)であって、
前記部材を製造する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の押型器(200)と、
前記貯蔵チャンバ(120、220)に圧縮空気を装填する圧縮空気発生装置(161)を含む設備(245)。 - 前記作用チャンバ(140、240)を排気する真空発生装置(166)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 繊維強化複合材料部材を製造する樹脂トランスファ成形方法であって、
押型器(200)の作用チャンバ(240)に半製品(245)を挿入するステップと、
前記押型器(200)の貯蔵チャンバ(220)に樹脂材料(227)を供給するステップであって、
前記樹脂(227)が詰められた保存バッグ(226)が、当該保存バッグ(226)の開口に備えた篩(232)がトランスファライン(230)に位置するように、前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)に挿入されるステップと、
前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)の圧縮空気による給気および作用チャンバ(265)の排気またはそのいずれかによって、前記樹脂材料(227)がトランスファライン(230)を経て半製品(245)中に移送するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記半製品(245)を挿入し、前記押型器(200)に前記樹脂材料(227)を供給した後で、前記押型器(200)をその周囲に対して密閉するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)に位置する前記樹脂材料(227)を加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵チャンバ(220)から前記作用チャンバ(240)への移送において前記トランスファライン(230)で前記樹脂材料(227)をフィルタに通すステップをさらに含む、請求項10〜12のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
