Description
Claims (9)
- 油圧系用のアキュムレータ(100)であって、
前記アキュムレータ(100)は、ハウジング(200)と、該ハウジング内に移動不能に配置されたライナー(110)と、該ライナー内に往復運動可能に配置されたピストン(140)とを備え、高圧の油圧油を受け入れる圧力室(PC)が前記ライナー(110)、ピストン(140)およびハウジング(200)により形成されており、
前記ピストン(140)は、前記圧力室(PC)の内部で油圧油と相互作用可能に前記圧力室(PC)の端部位置に向けて変位され、前記ピストン(140)は、蓄積された油圧油により所定範囲内で可動であり、
前記ライナー(110)の側壁(112)は、少なくとも一つの出口ポート(111)を備え、前記出口ポート(111)は、前記所定範囲において前記ピストン(140)により覆われ、前記ピストン(140)が前記端部位置から所定距離分移動されると、前記圧力室(PC)と、前記アキュムレータ内の前記ピストン(140)の背部に配置されたところの、アキュムレータの低圧側とが前記出口ポート(111)を介して連通するように、前記ピストン(140)により覆われなくなり、
前記アキュムレータの低圧側は、追加的リザーバータンクとして働くように、前記少なくとも一つの出口ポート(111)から排出される油圧油を受け入れた後、前記油圧油を前記アキュムレータの低圧側と連通する余剰流体通路(201)を介してリザーバータンク(20)に排出することを特徴とするアキュムレータ(100)。 - 前記圧力室(PC)の周りの前記ライナー(110)がポリフェニレン硫化物などの重合材料で作られる請求項1に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 低圧チャンバー(114)と前記アキュムレータ(100)の低圧側とを接続するために通路(113)が設けられる請求項1に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 前記余剰流体通路(201)をリザーバータンク(20)と相互接続する通路(202)が設けられる請求項1に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 前記ピストン(140)を圧力室(PC)内の先端位置に向けて変位させるスプリング(151、152、153)を、前記アキュムレータ(100)の低圧側に備えた請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 前記アキュムレータ(100)の低圧側に接続される制御構成要素(40)のドレイン(205)を、さらに備える請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの出口ポート(111)が前記ピストン(140)のピストンリング(141)の幅寸法よりも小さい直径を有する請求項1に記載のアキュムレータ(100)。
- 油圧ポンプ(10)、制御構成要素(40)および油圧アクチュエータ(50)を備えた油圧系であって、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のアキュムレータ(100)を備えた油圧系。
- 請求項8に記載の油圧系を備える全輪駆動機構カップリング。
