Description
さらに、前記ガイド部と前記内嵌部材との間には、若干の隙間が形成されており、輸送時などでは、振動等によって前記内嵌部材が斜めになることがある。すると、この内嵌部材が、前記ガイド部に対して固定される恐れがあり、この場合、前記内嵌部材に設けられた前記振動板が前記芯材の給液部に対して斜めに接触することとなる。
そこで、前記内嵌部材に錘を設け、この錘によって当該内嵌部材の重心が前記給液部の真下になるように設定することで、振動等により前記内嵌部材が斜めになり前記振動板が傾斜した場合であっても、やじろべえの平衡原理によって前記振動板の傾斜が解消される。
また、前記内嵌部材に設けられた前記錘は、前記振動板を前記芯材の給液部に押し当てる力としても作用する。
また、前記内嵌部材に錘を設け、この錘によって当該内嵌部材の重心が前記給液部の真下になるように設定することによって、振動等により前記内嵌部材が斜めになり前記振動板が傾斜した場合であっても、やじろべえの平衡原理によって前記振動板の傾斜を解消することができる。
したがって、前記振動板と前記芯材に設けられた前記給液部との接触状態を一定に保つことができる。
そして、前記内嵌部材に設けられた前記錘は、前記振動板を前記芯材の前記給液部に押し当てる為の力として作用させることができる。

Claims (6)
- 容器体より延出した芯材の給液部を振動板に当接し、前記容器体から前記芯材の前記給液部に吸い上げた薬剤を前記振動板の振動で霧化する薬剤霧化器において、
ガイド部に内嵌部材を上下動自在に内嵌して該内嵌部材に前記振動板を設け、該振動板を、上下動自在に支持した状態で前記容器体より延出した前記芯材の上部に配置する一方、
前記内嵌部材に、該内嵌部材の重心が前記給液部の真下になるように錘を設けたことを特徴とする薬剤霧化器。 - 前記内嵌部材に、側方に突出して前記ガイド部に摺接する摺接部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の薬剤霧化器。
- 前記内嵌部材に側方に延出する延出部を設け、該延出部が挿入されるとともに当該延出部を上下動自在に案内するガイド溝を前記ガイド部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の薬剤霧化器。
- 前記ガイド溝を、前記ガイド部の壁面を貫通するスリットで構成し、前記振動板より延出したリード線を前記ガイド溝を介して前記ガイド部の外側に配索したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤霧化器。
- 前記延出部を、前記摺接部で構成するとともに、該摺接部が摺接する前記ガイド部の部位を後退して前記ガイド溝を形成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤霧化器。
- 前記ガイド部を、筒状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5にいずれか記載の薬剤霧化器。
