Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の室内ユニット1の概略内部構成を示す内部構成図である。図1に基づいて、室内ユニット1の内部構成及び動作について説明する。この空気調和装置は、冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル(ヒートポンプサイクル)を利用して、冷房運転あるいは暖房運転を行なうものである。この図1では、制御装置4及びリモコン8を併せて図示している。また、吹出空気11及び吸込空気(主として屋外空気)12を併せて図示している。なお、図1を含め、以下の図面では各構成部材の大きさの関係が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る蒸発器3を詳細に説明するための説明図である。図6に基づいて、蒸発器3の詳細を、蒸発器3に係わる温度検知器の概略の配置とともに説明する。この実施の形態2では、蒸発器出口配管温度検知器15を蒸発器3の流体出口側に設けた点で、実施の形態1と相違している。なお、実施の形態2では実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、実施の形態1と同一部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略するものとする。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る空気調和装置の室内ユニット1の概略内部構成を示す内部構成図である。図8に基づいて、室内ユニット1の内部構成及び動作について説明する。この実施の形態3では、吸込空気湿度検知器7を設置せずに吹出空気露点温度Tdを検出し、調整弁9の開度を制御する点で、実施の形態1と相違している。なお、実施の形態3では実施の形態1及び実施の形態2との相違点を中心に説明し、実施の形態1及び実施の形態2と同一部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略するものとする。
図15は、本発明の実施の形態4に係る空気調和装置100の概略回路構成を示す回路構成図である。図15に基づいて、空気調和装置100の構成及び動作、特に実施の形態1〜実施の形態3との相違点について説明する。この実施の形態4では、熱源ユニット20の容量制御により吹出露点温度を制御するようにした点で、実施の形態1〜実施の形態3と相違している。なお、実施の形態4では実施の形態1〜実施の形態3との相違点を中心に説明し、実施の形態1〜実施の形態3と同一部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略するものとする。また、実施の形態4では、空気調和装置100が冷房運転を実行する場合を説明する。
図19は、本発明の実施の形態5に係る空気調和装置の室内ユニット1及びレヒートユニット45の概略内部構成を示す内部構成図である。図19に基づいて、室内ユニット1及びレヒートユニット45の内部構成及び動作、特に実施の形態1〜実施の形態4との相違点について説明する。この実施の形態5では、レヒートユニット45を接続した点で、実施の形態1〜実施の形態4と相違している。なお、実施の形態5では実施の形態1〜実施の形態4との相違点を中心に説明し、実施の形態1〜実施の形態4と同一部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略するものとする。
Claims (9)
- 蒸発器と、
前記蒸発器に空気を供給する送風機と、
前記蒸発器の空気の流れ上流側における吸込空気温度を検知する吸込空気温度検知器と、
前記蒸発器の空気の流れ下流側における吹出空気温度を検知する吹出空気温度検知器と、
前記蒸発器の流体入口側における流体の温度を検知する蒸発器入口流体温度検知器と、
前記蒸発器に流入させる流体の流量を調節する調整弁と、
前記吸込空気温度検知器で検知した吸込空気温度情報から吸込空気露点温度を算出し、前記吸込空気露点温度、前記吸込空気温度、前記吹出空気温度及び前記蒸発器入口配管温度に基づいて吹出空気露点温度を算出する制御装置と、を備えた
ことを特徴とする室内ユニット。 - 前記蒸発器の空気の流れ上流側における吸込空気湿度を検知する吸込空気湿度検知器を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記吸込空気温度検知器で検知した吸込空気温度情報及び前記吸込空気湿度検知器で検知した吸込湿度情報から吸込空気露点温度を算出し、前記吸込空気露点温度、前記吸込空気温度、前記吹出空気温度及び前記蒸発器入口配管温度に基づいて吹出空気露点温度を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記制御装置は、
算出した吹出露点温度が所定の目標値に到達するように前記調整弁の開度を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記蒸発器の流体出口側における流体の温度を検知する蒸発器出口配管温度検知器を設け、
前記制御装置は、
算出した前記吹出空気露点温度と所定の目標値との比較結果に応じて、前記蒸発器出口配管温度検知器で検知した蒸発器出口配管温度と前記蒸発器入口流体温度検知器で検知した蒸発器入口配管温度との差の目標値を変更し、前記蒸発器出口配管温度と前記蒸発器入口配管温度との差を算出し、この差を目標値に到達するように前記調整弁の開度を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記制御装置は、
入力された室内の設定温度及びあらかじめ記憶されている室内の湿度目標値に基づいて露点温度を算出し、前記露点温度を目標値として、前記吹出空気温度検出器での検出温度が前記目標値に到達するように前記調整弁の開度を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記蒸発器は、
1つのパスにおいて同じ列内に2段以下の配管配列としている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記蒸発器の空気の流れ下流側に凝縮器を内蔵したレヒートユニットを接続した
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の室内ユニット。 - 前記請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の室内ユニットに、圧縮機を搭載した熱源ユニットを接続した空気調和装置であって、
前記制御装置が、
算出した吹出露点温度が所定の目標値に到達するように前記圧縮機の駆動周波数を制御する
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
入力された室内の設定温度及びあらかじめ記憶されている室内の湿度目標値に基づいて露点温度を算出し、前記露点温度を目標値として、前記吹出空気温度検出器での検出温度が前記目標値に到達するように前記圧縮機の駆動周波数を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気調和装置。
