Description
Claims (11)
- (a)
(i)アルキル(メタ)アクリレート;
(ii)ビニルカルボン酸;
(iii)ポリアルキレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマー;
(iv)イオン性モノマー;及び
(v)多官能性架橋モノマー
の混合物の反応生成物を含む、1〜15ミクロンの容積平均粒径を有する高分子微小粒子と、
(b)多アミン粒子間架橋剤と、
(c)中和剤
とを含む、水中に分散させた水性エマルション。 - 前記高分子微小粒子が1〜10ミクロンの容積平均粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の水性エマルション。
- (d)追加の粒子間架橋剤を更に含み、当該追加の粒子間架橋剤がポリアミド−エピクロロヒドリンコポリマーを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の水性エマルション。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートが、イソオクチルアクリレート及び2−エチル−ヘキシルアクリレートのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、かつ前記ビニルカルボン酸が、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水性エマルション。
- 前記反応生成物が1種以上の追加の共重合したモノマーを更に含み、少なくとも1種の当該追加の共重合したモノマーが、アクリルアミド、N−ビニルピロリドン、及びN−ビニルカプロラクタム、からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水性エマルション。
- 前記混合物が、60重量%〜80重量%のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、0.01重量%〜0.05重量%の多官能性架橋モノマー、8重量%〜12重量%のビニルカルボン酸、及び10重量%〜22重量%のポリアルキレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマーを含み、前記エマルションが、100部の高分子微小粒子当たり、5〜20重量部の多アミン粒子間架橋剤を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水性エマルション。
- 多アミン粒子間架橋剤によって粒子間架橋された高分子微小粒子を含む接着剤であって、当該高分子微小粒子が、
(i)アルキル(メタ)アクリレート;
(ii)ビニルカルボン酸;
(iii)ポリアルキレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマー;
(iv)イオン性モノマー;及び
(v)多官能性架橋モノマー
の混合物の反応生成物を含む、前記接着剤。 - 前記混合物が、60重量%〜80重量%のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、8重量%〜12重量%のビニルカルボン酸、10重量%〜22重量%のポリアルキレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマー、及び0.01重量%〜0.05重量%の多官能性架橋モノマー、及び100部の高分子微小粒子当たり5〜20重量部の多アミン粒子間架橋剤を含む、請求項7に記載の接着剤。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル基が4〜8個の炭素原子を含有し、
前記ビニルカルボン酸がアクリル酸及びメタクリル酸のうちの少なくとも1種を含み、
前記(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマーがポリアルキレングリコール(メタ)アクリレートを含み、
前記多官能性架橋モノマーがアルキルポリオールポリアクリレートであり、かつ、
前記多アミン粒子間架橋剤がポリオキシアルキレンアミンを含む、請求項7又は8記載の接着剤。 - 基材と、該基材に接着された請求項8又は9記載の接着剤とを含む、接着剤物品。
- 前記基材が水分散性繊維を含む、請求項10に記載の接着剤物品。
