Claims (7)
- 生体適合性のあるグラフト材料の管状壁(3)と、前記管状壁の長さに沿った複数のジグザグ状ステント(9,11)と、前記管状壁における少なくとも1つの開口部とを含むステントグラフト(1)であって、前記少なくとも1つの開口部が、周縁部と、前記周縁部の全周に設けられた、少なくとも2つの巻きを含む弾性ワイヤ(37,45)とを備え、前記弾性ワイヤは、前記開口部に寸法安定性を与える弾性を有し、前記管状壁(3)にステッチで縫い付けられている、ステントグラフト。
- 前記弾性ワイヤが、ニチノールまたはステンレス鋼から選択される、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記周縁部における前記弾性ワイヤがリングの形である、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記弾性ワイヤが、血管に損傷を与える恐れのあるワイヤの尖った端部を呈さないように、前記リングの前記ワイヤの末端部がループ(49)を備える、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記開口部が前記管状壁から伸長する管状伸長部(30)を含み、前記周縁部の弾性ワイヤが前記管状伸長部の外端部(39)におけるリングの形状である、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記管状伸長部が、生体適合性のあるグラフト材料からなる関連するライニング(35)および覆い(36)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記ステントグラフトの直径全体がさほど影響を受けないように、前記管状伸長部が前記ステントグラフトの小径部分(5)上に配置される、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト。
