背景技术

本发明的胸腹分支移植假体具有允许医生从相对于胸腹动脉瘤部位的头部或尾部位置接近(图2、3),由此根据患者、侧部分支的动脉瘤和形态部位、程度在外科方法中提供更大灵活性。主移植部件12的通道移植部件24允许对接,以便固定分支假体(图3)。

4.根据权利要求3所述的胸腹分支移植假体,包括至少两个通道移植部件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胸腹分支移植假体,包括三个通道移植部件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述通道移植部件中的两个通道移植部件在所述主移植部件的管腔内基本上彼此相对定位,并且其中所述两个通道移植部件的穿孔定位在距所述主移植部件的所述开口近侧端部大约相同的距离处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,第三通道移植部件位于所述主移植部件的位于另外两个通道移植部件之间的部分处,并且其中所述第三通道移植部件的开口近侧端部位于另外通道移植部件的开口近侧端部的近侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述第三通道移植部件限定沿着所述第三通道移植部件的主纵向轴线对准的两个壁孔口,并且其中所述主移植壁限定与所述第三通道移植部件的壁的孔口对准的壁孔口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的胸腹分支移植假体,还包括从所述主移植部件的开口近侧端部向近侧延伸的裸支架。
10.根据权利要求9所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述裸支架包括限定近侧顶点和远侧顶点的倾斜支柱。
11.根据权利要求10所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述裸支架包括邻近所述裸支架的近侧顶点或位于所述裸支架的近侧顶点处的倒钩。
12.根据权利要求11所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述主移植部件和所述通道移植部件中的至少一个包括位于各自开口近侧端部和开口远侧端部处的支架。
13.根据权利要求12所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述主移植部件在所述开口远侧端部处分叉,由此限定所述假体的两个腿部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述主移植部件的一个腿部的开口远侧端部位于另一腿部的远侧。
15.根据权利要求14所述的胸腹分支移植假体,还包括从所述通道移植部件内延伸穿过所述通道移植部件的与所述通道移植部件的壁穿孔对准的壁穿孔的至少一个分支假体。
16.根据权利要求15所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述至少一个分支假体限定与所述至少一个分支假体在其中延伸的所述通道移植部件的开口远侧端部流体连通的开口端部。
17.根据权利要求15所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述至少一个分支假体限定与所述至少一个分支假体在其中延伸的所述通道移植部件的开口近侧端部流体连通的开口端部。
18.根据权利要求1所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述中间截面的横截面直径比所述主移植部件的所述开口近侧端部和所述开口远侧端部都小。
19.根据权利要求18所述的胸腹分支移植假体,其中,所述至少一个通道移植部件的所述开口近侧端部和所述开口远侧端部中的一个被缝合到所述主移植部件。
