Claims (6)
- 搬送される製品を案内および推進するためのトラック(2)を下部で形成する管状チャネル(1)から少なくとも構成される空気コンベアまたは搬送装置において、
前記案内および推進トラック(2)は、製品の搬送方向に加圧空気を排出するためのノズルと、該推進トラック(2)の下部の両側に、前記案内および推進トラック(2)内に製品の上部を維持するための手段(3)とを備え、
前記管状チャネル(1)には、加圧空気導管(4)により加圧空気が供給され、前記管状チャネル(1)は、さらに、電気配線(5)により中央制御装置にリンクしているセンサの形の制御手段を備え、
前記管状チャネル(1)上に製品の搬送方向に一定の間隔で、前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)の、案内および支持手段(6)を備えることと、前記案内および支持手段(6)上に係止することができるカバー(7)であって、前記管状チャネル(1)の縁部と前記カバー(7)の側面との間に隙間(8)を維持しながら前記管状チャネル(1)の前記縁部をカバーするカバー(7)を備えることと、を特徴とする空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。 - 前記案内および支持手段(6)は、前記管状チャネル(1)の幅より広い幅の部分を有し、該広い幅の部分が、前記管状チャネル(1)の上部上を延びる係止要素(9)との協働により、またはネジによる前記上部に固定することにより、前記チャネル(1)の前記上部に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記案内および支持手段(6)は、前記案内および支持手段(6)の側縁部が、前記案内および支持手段(6)の外側に延びて、前記カバー(7)の側縁部の少なくとも1つの対応する係止リブ(7’)と協働するように設計されるフック(6”)の形で終わる断面を有する垂直フランジの形をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記案内および支持手段(6)の両端の前記フック(6”)間の幅は、前記カバー(7)の内側端部間の幅に等しく、この幅と前記管状チャネル(1)の幅との間の違いが、加圧空気導管(4)または電気配線(5)の断面の幅の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記カバー(7)は、前記フック(6”)と協働する端部を備え、該端部に膨らみ(7”)を備え、該膨らみ(7”)は、作動位置にある場合に、隣接する他の前記カバー(7)の端部上にフィットするように設計される、請求項1、3および4のいずれかに記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記案内および支持手段(6)及び前記カバー(7)が、成形、押出しまたは他の方法で得られる弾性により変形可能な硬質の材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
