Claims (6)
- 搬送される製品を案内および推進するためのトラック(2)を下部で形成する管状チャネル(1)から本質的に構成される空気コンベアまたは搬送装置において、前記案内および推進トラック(2)が、一方では、一定の間隔で、製品の搬送方向に加圧空気を排出するためのノズルを備え、他方では、その下部の両側に、前記案内および推進トラック(2)内に製品の上部を維持するための手段(3)を備え、前記管状チャネル(1)には、対応する加圧空気導管(4)により加圧空気が供給され、さらに、電気配線(5)により中央制御装置にリンクしているセンサまたは他の装置の形の制御手段を備え、前記管状チャネル(1)上に一定の間隔で、前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)の案内および支持手段(6)を備えることと、前記案内および支持手段(6)上にクリック係止することができ、前記管状チャネル(1)の対応する縁部とカバーの側面の間に隙間(8)を維持しながら前記管状チャネルの前記縁部をカバーするカバー(7)を備えることとを特徴とする空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)用の前記案内および支持手段(6)が、前記管状チャネル(1)の幅より広い幅の整形した部分の形をし、該整形した部分が、前記管状チャネル(1)の上部上を延びる係止要素(9)との協働により、またはネジによる前記上部に固定することにより、前記チャネル(1)の前記上部に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)の前記案内および支持手段(6)が、少なくとも1つのサブ分割部分(6’)を横切って位置し、その側縁部が、外部に開き、前記カバー(7)の対応する側縁部の少なくとも1つの対応する係止リブ(7’)と協働するように設計されるフック(6”)の形で終わる断面を有する垂直フランジの形をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)の前記案内および支持手段(6)は、その側縁部の垂直フランジの端部であって前記カバー(7)の内部幅と等しい端部に位置する前記フック(6”)の外縁部間の幅を有し、この幅と前記管状チャネル(1)の幅との間の違いが、加圧空気導管(4)または電気配線(5)の断面の幅の2倍に少なくとも等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記カバー(7)が、協働する端部を備えること、すなわち、これらのカバー(7)が、端部に膨らみ(7”)を備え、該膨らみ(7”)は、作動位置にある場合に、前記カバー(7)の断面に対応する先行するカバーの隣接する端部をカバーするように設計され、その断面は、その残りの長さにわたって、前記カバー(7)の断面に対応することを特徴とする、請求項1、3および4のいずれかに記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
- 前記加圧空気導管(4)および前記電気配線(5)の前記案内および支持手段(6)ならびに前記カバー(7)が、成形、押出しまたは他の方法で得られる弾性により変形可能な硬質の材料で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の空気コンベアまたは搬送装置。
