Claims (3)
- 供給流体を、固定部としてのハウジングの流体通路と回転軸に接合され前記回転軸と共に回転するスリーブの流体通路とを相対回転中でも、流体通路外へ漏洩させることなく流通可能にすると共に、前記スリーブの流体通路が前記スリーブの内部に形成されることによって前記供給流体が前記スリーブと前記回転軸との接合間に侵入することがないロータリージョイントであって、
前記供給流体が流れる流体通路を有する前記ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内周面に嵌着され、前記流体通路の一部を成す連通流体通路が設けられた仕切りリングと、
前記ハウジングの流体通路からの供給流体が流れる第2接続流体通路を内部に有するとともに前記回転軸の外周面に嵌着可能な内周面を有する不銹材製の前記スリーブと、
前記スリーブの外周面に嵌着する内周面と、前記内周面を貫通して前記第2接続流体通路と前記連通流体通路とを連通する第1接続流体通路を有するとともに、一方の側面に第1シール面を有し且つ他方の側面に第2シール面を有する回転用密封環と、
前記第1シール面と密接する第1相対シール面を有して前記ハウジングに密封に保持された第1静止用密封環と、
前記第2シール面と密接する第2相対シール面を有して前記ハウジングに密封に保持された第2静止用密封環と、
を具備することを特徴とするロータリージョイント。 - 前記第1静止用密封環は前記第1シール面と反対側の背面に形成されて前記第1シール面を押圧可能にされた第1テーパ面を有し、
前記第2静止用密封環は前記第2シール面と反対側の背面に形成されて前記第2シール面を押圧可能にされた第2テーパ面を有し、
前記密封に保持された前記第1静止用密封環には前記第1テーパ面と前記第1テーパ面と対向する前記固定部の第1対向テーパ面との間を密封して前記第1相対シール面を前記第1シール面に押圧する第1弾性シールリングを具備し、
前記密封に保持された前記第2静止用密封環には前記第2テーパ面と前記第2テーパ面と対向する前記固定部の前記第2対向テーパ面との間を密封して前記第2相対シール面を前記第2シール面に押圧する第2弾性シールリングを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリージョイント。 - 前記第2接続流体通路が一端部を前記第1接続流体通路に連通するとともに前記スリーブの内部を通って他端面に貫通し、且つ前記スリーブの他端面側に結合したフランジ状の連結部の内部に形成された第3接続流体通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリージョイント。
