Claims (2)
- 光源を装着した基板パッケージにおいて、
一般PCBから成る基板と、
前記基板に形成された少なくとも一つの孔と、
LED素子、及び前記LED素子が上面に置かれ、前記孔にそれぞれ一致するように位置した装着補助具(Sub−mount)を含む光源と、
前記光源を覆って前記光源を前記基板に支持することにより、前記光源を前記基板に固定させる樹脂から成るドーム部と、を含み、
前記装着補助具は、前記ドーム部により前記基板に支持され、
前記装着補助具は、前記LED素子が置かれる上面に反射コーティング処理がされ、
前記装着補助具の下面は、前記孔を通じて前記基板の裏面に露出し、
前記基板がシャシーに装着されるときに、前記装着補助具の前記下面が前記シャシーに密着することを特徴とする基板パッケージ。 - 前記孔は、反射面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基板パッケージ。
