Claims (4)
- 排水中のアンモニアを吸着したアンモニア吸着剤からの脱離ガスを凝縮器に導き、該凝集器では、窒素、酸素、空気等アンモニア以外のガスをアンモニアと分離して外部に放出するとともに、アンモニアガスを選択的に凝縮して高濃度のアンモニア溶液とし、タンクに貯留した後、該タンク内から引き出して加熱し、発生させたアンモニアガスを、水素転換触媒へ定量供給することを特徴とする水素転換触媒へのアンモニア供給方法。
- 排水中のアンモニアを吸着したアンモニア吸着剤からの脱離ガスを凝縮器に導き、該凝集器では、窒素、酸素、空気等アンモニア以外のガスをアンモニアと分離して外部に放出するとともに、アンモニアガスを選択的に凝縮して高濃度のアンモニア溶液とし、タンクに貯留した後、該タンク内にアルカリを添加して発生させたアンモニアガスを水素転換触媒へ定量供給することを特徴とする水素転換触媒へのアンモニア供給方法。
- 該凝縮器に導く脱離ガスが、アンモニア含有排水とアンモニア吸着剤であるMAPとを反応槽に投入してMAPにアンモニアを吸着させたのち、該反応槽の槽内水を沈殿槽に導いてアンモニア吸着剤を沈殿させ、該沈殿槽の槽底に接続されたアンモニア吸着剤回収装置から回収されたアンモニア吸着剤を再生装置に移送後、該再生装置内でアンモニア吸着剤を加熱して発生させて得られた、アンモニア吸着剤からの脱離ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の水素転換触媒へのアンモニア供給方法。
- アンモニア吸着剤としてMAPまたはゼオライトを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の水素転換触媒へのアンモニア供給方法。
