Claims (7)
- 二酸化炭素を含むガスを吸収液に吸収させる吸収装置と、前記吸収液を水蒸気との熱交換で加熱する加熱器を有し、前記吸収液を再生して前記二酸化炭素を含む処理ガスを得る再生装置と、を備える二酸化炭素の回収設備であって、
再生した前記吸収液及び前記処理ガスの少なくとも一方を冷却する冷却器からの冷却水と前記再生装置の前記加熱器からの凝縮水とを回収し、回収した前記冷却水及び前記凝縮水を循環水として前記冷却器に供給する水循環装置を備え、
前記水循環装置は、冷却塔と、前記冷却塔で冷却された前記循環水の少なくとも一部を浄水と濃縮水とに分離して前記浄水を前記循環水とする浄水器と、前記加熱器からの前記凝縮水を前記濃縮水で冷却する第1熱交換器と、を備える、二酸化炭素の回収設備。 - 前記水循環装置は、前記再生装置の下流側において前記処理ガスから分離される分離水を回収し、前記分離水を前記循環水として前記冷却器に供給するように構成される、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の回収設備。
- 前記処理ガスに含まれる不純物を低減し、前記処理ガスよりも前記不純物の濃度が低減された二酸化炭素ガスを得る精製装置を備え、
前記水循環装置は、前記再生装置と前記精製装置の間において前記処理ガスから分離される分離水と、前記精製装置において前記二酸化炭素ガスから分離される分離水とを回収し、それぞれの前記分離水を前記循環水として前記冷却器に供給するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素の回収設備。 - 前記水循環装置は、前記加熱器からの前記凝縮水を前記分離水で冷却する第2熱交換器を備える、請求項2又は3に記載の二酸化炭素の回収設備。
- 前記浄水器は逆浸透膜及びイオン交換膜の少なくとも一方を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収設備。
- 二酸化炭素を含む前記ガスを前記吸収装置に導入する前に当該ガスとアルカリ水溶液とを接触させる脱硫塔と、前記脱硫塔の塔底液を冷却する第3熱交換器と、を備え、
前記第3熱交換器には、前記脱硫塔からの脱硫排水及び前記濃縮水の少なくとも一方を含む冷却液を導入する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収設備。 - 二酸化炭素を含むガスを吸収液に吸収させる吸収装置と、前記吸収液を水蒸気との熱交換で加熱する加熱器を有し、前記吸収液を再生して前記二酸化炭素を含む処理ガスを得る再生装置と、を用いる二酸化炭素の回収方法であって、
再生した前記吸収液及び前記処理ガスの少なくとも一方を冷却する冷却器からの冷却水と前記再生装置の前記加熱器からの凝縮水とを回収し、回収した前記冷却水及び前記凝縮水を循環水として前記冷却器に供給する水循環工程を備え、
前記水循環工程は、
前記循環水を冷却塔で冷却することと、
前記冷却塔で冷却された前記循環水の少なくとも一部を浄化して浄水と濃縮水とに分離し、前記浄水を前記循環水として用いることと、
前記加熱器からの前記凝縮水を前記濃縮水で冷却することと、を有する、二酸化炭素の回収方法。
