Claims (6)
- 焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末に添加される焼結助剤であって、フッ化カルシウムとフッ化アルミニウムのいずれか一方又は双方からなるフッ化物と燐合金とを含有していることを特徴とする焼結助剤。
- フッ化カルシウムとフッ化アルミニウムのいずれか一方又は双方からなるフッ化物と燐合金とを含有してなることを特徴とする焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末。
- 20質量%以下のフッ化カルシウムと0.5質量%以下のフッ化アルミニウムとからなるフッ化物を0.02〜20.5質量%含有している請求項2記載の焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末。
- 燐合金に含まれる燐を0.05〜0.5質量%含有している請求項2又は3のいずれかに記載の焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末。
- フッ化カルシウム以外の無機系固体潤滑剤を含有している請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載の焼結用アルミニウム含有銅系合金粉末を焼結してなることを特徴とする焼結体。
